Walked in here on a Sunday morning and there was no wait. I placed my order with the staff and I was given a buzzer to let me know when my order was ready. It took about 5 minutes or less to get my order.Before I could even taste it, everything looked delicious. I selected the chopped ribeye box with an extra side of egg rolls. All was fresh and flavorful... This was my first time at Roosters, and it reminded me of a Vietnamese Chipotle. You can pick your base and meat. Service was fast as I ordered all to go... I highly recommend trying if you are into Vietnamese food...
