I selected the chopped ribeye box with an extra side of egg rolls. All was fresh and flavorful... This was my first time at Roosters, and it reminded me of a Vietnamese Chipotle. You can pick your base and meat. Service was fast as I ordered all to go... I highly recommend trying if you are into Vietnamese food...

I am HOOKED on their chicken rice box. The flavors are incredible. The service is fast. They have a nice outdoor area as well as ample indoor seating. Love this place.

Walked in here on a Sunday morning and there was no wait. I placed my order with the staff and I was given a buzzer to let me know when my order was ready. It took about 5 minutes or less to get my order. Before I could even taste it, everything looked delicious. I was super happy they have a combo option because that way I could try their other food items. I don't mind having half a sandwich because the fries were enough with it. The banh mi was amazing! From the bread to the ingredients, I was extremely impressed. The meat and fresh vegetables were a good ratio. The garlic aioli mayo/butter was tasty. The bread, oh my goodness the bread! The bread was the highlight of the banh mi. The inside was soft while the outside was warm and toasted perfectly. I can rarely find a place that serves you fresh bread like they do here. The sidewinder fries were made by order so it came out hot and crispy fried; just the way I like it! My favorite was the Special! I liked the grilled Pork, too. The lychee tea was refillable and that was awesome. There was plenty of space to move around and seats were available outside with a roof.

I am confused if this is an authentic Vietnamese place or if it’s like the Chipotle of Vietnamese food. Like very Americanized and made palatable to those not used to authentic flavors..

Wipe n Dry Asian entrees at moderate prices, perfect for a snap lunch break in a neighborhood choc full of less healthy choices. Seating is spare, some covered outside tables are preferred over the interior high bar chair metal seats inside.

Amazing food and ambiance. Service was great and very attentive. My family and I came here after going to the farmers market for a quick bite, and we were very pleased with our time together. I had the matcha tea which was very good. My family and I shared the French fries bowl with the beef (I forgot the name lol), the 12 count of the egg roll, the sandwich, and the wonton crisp and dip. Everything was so delicious and came with complimentary sauces which were great as well. Overall, if you're looking for a great Vietnamese experience, then I highly recommend this place.

I really love this place for some reason the bread tasted stale and tasted like plastic. I hope the food quality isn’t going down cause I used to come here at least like twice a week. Good customer service though.

Not banh mi. We came for the banh mi sandwiches, but left disappointed. We had both the grilled pork and ribeye, but there was way too much meat and not enough of fresh cucumber, carrots, cilantro, and jalapeño. And the meat is overly flavored in a weird way that overpowers the rest of the sandwich. It feels like they tried to “Americanize” it, but lost the balance of flavors that makes real banh mi such a treat. We’ve tried it twice in two years. We’ll pass by this one next time.

The facility was clean, but the food was just okay (with the exception of the fries). The bulgogi fries were amazing, I've never had fries cut like that. The bahn mi didn't taste bad but it it wasn't good, it had a weird after taste. The wings were just alright.
