Really great tamales, tacos, and menudo!
Sitting in my truck eating quesabirrias. For the first time. Yummy. I wanted to try Barbacoa. And the youn man suggested the bbq plate but the picture of quesabirrias caught my eye and so I got that! The red sauce is very fatty and doesn’t appeal to me, I can feel heart burn by just looking at it! But everything else is so good! 😊 love the flavors and the fresh herbs. I ate two before thinking of anything else! These are delightful.
