“I went to celebrate my birthday and the waiter Jesus Flores was an outstanding waiter, very attentive, knowledgeable about the menu and suggestions. He was friendly and had an outgoing personality, I have been waited by other waiters at this location that were much slower (on a slow day) and took an act of Congress to wait or bring you anything. If you go ask for Jesus Flores (the other Jesus is not as friendly)“

“LongHorn Steakhouse is one of my favorite places when I’m craving a casual steak dinner. I decided to take my dad here for Father’s Day, and luckily this location offered online waitlist reservations. The average wait was about 50 minutes, so it was nice being able to wait at home and head out when our table was almost ready.

It was my first time visiting this location, and it did not disappoint. Noah’s service was top-notch! He was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered the 20 oz. Ribeye and the 8 oz. Sirloin. The 20 oz. ribeye seemed a bit smaller than usual, but the food was still great. The mashed potatoes were definitely the standout side dish.

If I had one piece of feedback, it would be that the floor around our booth and the seats were covered in bread crumbs. It may have been due to how busy Father’s Day was, but the dining experience would have been even better if the area had been swept.

Other than that, the food and service were excellent. Definitely ask for Noah if you get the chance!“

“I came in for lunch and all the tables and my area was nicely cleaned by a young man named Ty, the last table was left a mess but he made sure to have it all nice and clean , Thank you Texas Roadhouse for hiring him we need more people like him!!!“

“I want to thank the Manager in duty today at the 5030 N Desert Blvd, El Paso, TX 79912. My family went over today. I ordered the prime rib, which I have done since it's been added to the menu. It came out a bit disappointing. Our lovely waitress was already going to take care of it, but the manager went ahead and handled it personally. He came back with a great cut of prime rib and a new side. The rest of our lunch was great!! I don't have the manager's name, but I appreciate that he took care of it and didn't dismiss the issue.“
