“My wife and I came in last night to celebrate, and it was the first time I had come to this Perry’s location. The last time I had been to Perry’s was 7 years ago in San Antonio. Anyways, this location represented the brand extremely well! The food was incredible. She had the pork chop and I had the ribeye at the suggestion of our server, Danielle. As I said, the food was excellent. More impressive than the food was the unparalleled service that Danielle blessed us with. Her upbeat personality and sincerity shown through, and made our experience even more memorable. When we come back, we will be looking for her! Kudos to all of you for a wonderful time!“
“First time dining at Perry's Steakhouse at Baybrook mall. Our service was excellent. We had a reservation at 7:30 p.m. and we were actually seated shortly after 7:00 p.m. our waiter Alfonso was on top of it. He made dinner menu and dessert suggestions. We came for our anniversary and there was Rose Petals on the table. We also received a complimentary dessert. All of our food was excellent. The states were cooked perfectly. Their side items are shareable for two or three people. It was a great dining experience. We will be back again.“
“Great Food with a Side of Confusion at the Host StandThis evening, Texas Roadhouse provided a mixed bag of experiences. The culinary highlight was undoubtedly the 23 Oz bone-in tomahawk ribeye steak, cooked to a perfect medium rare. The double serving of green beans was also superbly prepared and left me wanting more. All family members thoroughly enjoyed their meals, which was a big plus.However, the service experience had its ups and downs. After receiving a text that we were next to be seated, there was some confusion at the host stand. Initially directed to a waiting area, we stood there for ten minutes until another message prompted us to check in again. This time, the interaction with a different hostess was less than helpful, and there seemed to be a lack of communication among the staff, which led to some unnecessary frustration. The first hostess seemed more interested in putting lip gloss on and looking good than helping guests.Despite the rocky start, our waitress was exceptional—attentive, efficient, and always ensuring our needs were met, from keeping our drinks topped up to accommodating all our requests. She certainly salvaged our evening with her stellar service.In conclusion, while the hosting staff could improve their coordination and communication, the excellent food and our waitress's efforts made our visit to Texas Roadhouse worthwhile. “What a great experience this turned out to be. Peppers is a midsized Non-chain restaurant in Pasadena, Tx. This was my first time here and I was impressed. The building from the outside is beautifully maintained and welcoming, with a uniquely landscaped front garden. Once inside it gets better. We were greated by a friendly young host and taken through an immaculately clean dining room to our table. It is a real, sit down restaurant. It is calm, was quiet, and comfortable. There were couples, small groups, and families with children. Our waiter arrived with menus almost immediately. The menu is not huge but had something for everyone. I don't remember seeing hot dogs but I didn't look at the kid menu. It has a varied offering of steaks, seafood, pasta, chicken, hamburgers, veggies, sides, and appetizers. Oh yeah, and a very nice full bar. They make an excellent lemondrop martini. The serving size of our meals was generous and appealing. Many of the entrees offer a size choice in case you want a smaller meal. The fried catfish and shrimp entree was huge with thick perfectly fried seafood. It made me wish I had some of those shrimp. My pan-seared redfish crabmeat/butter sauce was excellent. The smothered steak was also very tasty with a nice, thick steak burger under gravy and onions. Our sides were not canned or bland. A big fully loaded (no scrimping) baked potato, big, thick asparagus...everything really was upscale quality food and worth the somewhat expensive price. Most of the entrees I was interested in were $16 to $25 dollars that included 2 sides and dinner rolls. But hey, you can barely get anything under $15 dollars at Cheddars and that is for canned, frozen, and mushy food. So yes, if I am getting a nice dinner out I would rather splurge a little and go back to Peppers. I don't know if my food pics do this restaurant justice and I wish I had taken pictures of the really nice dining room. The plates are loaded and presented nicely. The ONLY thing that needs improvement in my opinion is the dinner rolls. They were disappointing. We were too full to try any desert this time. I would recommend Peppers based on an excellent first time dining experience. My parents eat here often.Parking: There is a lot of parking.Kid-friendliness: It seemed that children are very welcome here. There were several children dining. They were very well-behaved and appeared to be enjoying themselves. Kudos to their parents.Wheelchair accessibility: There is no problem with wheelchairs here.“
“Today they did excellent. We had planned the meal time and day. Everything else was serendipitous. Server was good right off. Ordered the Queso as a trial. Fabulous queso will do this again. We decided to split the cajun ribeye. Very good choice, was quite tasty. The side salad and french fries topped it off. after thoroughly enjoying that feast, the manager stopped by and asked if we were enjoying our meal. We responding overwhelmingly, the wife threw in BD and the manager responded with a free desert. Does not get better.“
“Bryce provided outstanding service this evening. My husband and I were out running errands in the same parking lot as Outback and decided to stop by and place a to-go order. We were already in a curbside spot when we called in the order, and Bryce made sure the order was complete and brought it out as soon as it was ready.“

“I’ve eaten at this longhorn location so many times. However, they’ve gotten better with time whereas a lot of places are going downhill. Very impressed tonight with the service and one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time. Cooked just right, and the manager was checking in with everyone to make sure they were happy with their meal.“
“I always love Texas Roadhouse! What brings me back here is not just the food quality but also the cost/portion and the calories listed on the menu.... Makes it super easy to stick to Keto and CICO diets. Personally, i prefer the sirloin cause they remove all the fat , making it super lean. The herb crusted chicken is great too. They have new appatisers but i forgot what they were.... “Had a burger and fries. Definitely the place to ask for and receive a burger cooked medium rare. Whiskey aged cheddar cheese was great. The only issue I had was the fries, they weren't fresh. I almost always drink stouts, imperial stouts and barrel aged. They didn't disappoint. I will go back and take the family.“
