“Stopped at Captain D’s for a quick snack and ended up being pleasantly surprised. I ordered the 10 butterfly shrimp with a side of coleslaw, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The shrimp were perfectly cooked and the coleslaw was tasty. I’m already looking forward to going back.“

“Great Service! I sat at the bar last Saturday and had burger and some beers which was delicious but what really stood out to me was a bartender named Tenay. (not sure how to spell her name) She has a big smile, very friendly and you can tell loves to serve people. I will be back very soon!“

“You would think all IHOP locations are the same, but they are not. This location is truly above and beyond.
Our food came out hot, perfectly prepared, and it actually looked like the picture on the menu - which almost never happens anymore.
Our waitress Guadalupe was top notch. Attentive, friendly, and on top of everything without us having to ask. You can also tell the whole staff works together as a team.
You can tell management runs a tight ship here. I commend the management at this location. We will definitely be back.“

“I have to say first of all you have the best staff ever. Shelby is the sweetest girl ever. ( she was not our server today.). However our server was excellent ! I have bragged and bragged on your restaurant. Because it’s usually perfect. But today the chicken fried steak was horrible. The meat was so thin you can actually hold it up to the light and see thru portions of it. We didn’t complain because we had already waited about 25 minutes to be seated. We asked for a box to go for my dog. She spit it out. It was the texture of beef jerky. I do have pictures before I throw it out. I paid 50.00 for a chicken fried steak , mushrooms and 2 teas. This is not the way I had it 2 weeks ago. I wish now I would have said something. Just didn’t want confrontation.“

“I happened upon Katherine Ann’s by complete accident, saw the sign out front, and decided I had to try it; I’m glad I did! I don’t know what they put in that blueberry lemonade, but it’s like crack! The black eyed peas and green beans brought me back home to East Texas, and the sausage in the spaghetti was just fantastic. Everyone was so sweet :) I recommend stopping by with an appetite! The draft beer was great as was my Blue Moon, served in a frosted mug with a fresh slice of orange.
