We ordered take out, two chicken fried steak dinners. My husband's was ok but mine was nothing but grizzle. Threw it away not edible. If we had eaten at the resturant would have sent it back and asked for another.
We love Splendora Cafe. We order from there often. All the people there are so nice including the owners. One thing I wish they could fix or delete all the difference menus online. Prices are different on all of them. Thank you. I give 10 stars if I could.
We've eaten here several times and the food is always great! Our waitress, Alana, was the best! She was quick, efficient and super sweet. I highly recommend the restaurant and if you're lucky Alana will be your waitress. ☺️.

Splendora Cafe & BBQ is a great spot for casual dining and business conversations, deep in the heart of Texas with amazing barbecue and great service. The menu features delicious options like fried oysters, BBQ brisket, fried shrimp, chicken fried chicken, a loaded baker, and a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. The brisket is tender, seasoned, and smoked to perfection, and the chicken is fall-off-the-bone with a nice smoked flavor. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, with nice booths and restrooms, and a down-home ambience. While the service can be slow at times, the staff is attentive and friendly, offering 5-star service that includes quick drink refills and frequent check-ins. The restaurant has a great little bar for quick drinks and relaxation while waiting for to-go orders. Families will find it friendly and enjoyable. The self-serve salad bar is fully stocked and fresh, and the hush puppies and fries are also worth trying. For drinks, the adult sprites and jalapeño & cucumber margaritas are refreshing. For dessert, the fresh-made peach cobbler is a must-try, and the chocolate-covered strawberries are a lovely touch. With reasonable prices, generous portions, and a welcoming atmosphere, Splendora Cafe & BBQ is an excellent choice for a meal out, and many customers look forward to returning.
