From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff and welcoming owner made me feel right at home. I ordered a lean sliced BBQ sandwich with all the fixins, and it was absolutely perfect—my photo doesn’t even do it justice. To my delight, the owner graciously brought me a slice of their tender turkey and one of the best ribs I've ever had. Each bite was a smoky, flavorful masterpiece, perfectly complemented by their amazing BBQ sauce.

“We ordered take out, two chicken fried steak dinners. My husband's was ok but mine was nothing but grizzle. Threw it away not edible. If we had eaten at the resturant would have sent it back and asked for another.“

“Stopped in for some gas at Hit the Road. Saw the food truck and thought It was nicely decorated. Some sweet country folk took my order of a chili dog with cheese. It was a mesquite smoke sausage perfectly cooked and with a generous amount of chili and cheese. Tender, simple and delicious. Will be coming back to try that brisket plate !“

It came quickly and was still warm and I've never had better Taco bowls and such before.
