“Love their food but the prices for what you get has just gotten to be astronomical..as all places are..over the last3 1/2yrs! Unbelievable! And..they stopped having their onion rings! Big mistake..huge!They had the best onion rings 2nd to only Whataburger. Idgi. Everybody loved the onion rings. That was our favorite item there. Won't be eating there or too many other places until prices come down. The prices of the different delivery services are outrageous. I know they have to make a living & stay afloat in this really horrible economy but jeez! The price you pay for "fast food" anymore you could sit down in a nice restaurant & spend the same amount for the fast food & delivery. Just my opinion.They do have awesome food. No doubt. “Kelly was very informative and recommended...We Had the sampler...Awesome choice.Brisket, moist, tender, no sauce needed...EXCELLENTTurkey juicy, lots of flavor, not dry at all like I expected.Sausage...not exceptional HOWEVER the house bbq sauce really brought to life!Pork rib, was tender and very meaty. BBQ sauce really enhanced the flavor.Redbeans had a nice kick,Coleslaw was subtle and adequate, conplimented the meal well.Dirty rice....WELL what can I say...not my favorite.Only thing missing was country music and beer!!! I even bought a shirt! They have so many different options and a delicious salad bar. Only bad thing is they are closed Mondays.“
“Had a wonderful experience with Mr. Vernon Gurdy. 1st Timer received a small slice a Brisket and Sausage sampler. Tasted Like East Texas BBQ - No Sauce Needed!! Sandwichs are? Available try the BEAST (combination of Sliced Brisket & Homemade Sausage) on a warm bun with jalapenos & red onions. Damn Good Sammich. Side of Banana Pudding too separately.“

“I'm from out of town and seen a bunch of good reviews so I decided to stop by. I always have to try ribs and brisket from any bbq joint first. So I ordered a 1/2lb of brisket and a 1/2 pound of ribs. I must say I was very impressed the brisket was nice and moist, tore apart like butter and the bark had just the right amount of salt and pepper. The ribs fell off the bone and the flavor was awesome. I'm not a bbq sauce person but I tried their bbq sauce and it was amazing. If im ever in this area again I know where I'll be eating“
“I've had the pulled pork sandwich multiple times, and every time it's been DELICIOUS!! I will always recommend the Red Bean Cafe if someone is looking for BBQ! You can't go wrong with any of their choices! 10/10 every single time!!“

“Food and Atmosphere were both good. We had the Ribeye and the lamb chops. Our server Julia Elena D was polite at best. Her energy and presence was friendly in a condescending forced way. It did not go unnoticed by myself or my lunch mate. It felt like she anticipated not getting tipped and it reflected the service that she gave. So the tip I left reflected that as well.“
“I don’t like spicy foods black pepper is too much except in miniscule amounts. So it’s always hit or miss. This place hit it right out of the park Yordan Alvarez style ? I had it delivered and even being 10 miles away the food was hot and plentiful. I had the 2 meat dinner and chose brisket and ribs, macaroni and cheese and potato salad. Great bark on both, brisket was flavorful and tender( to me it could have been a tad less cooked but it didn’t stop me) but the ribs were amazing great flavor and delicious. Macaroni and cheese rivals all. Tastes like what my mom used to make from scratch. It’s fantastic. Taste is subjective and the potato salad was ok for me but everything else was great. “Saw an advertisement of the new opening of this establishment and thought I'd check them out. Upon arrival I was welcomed with a friendly greeting. My husband and son love crawfish when in season, so I got a couple of pounds of crawfish to try with added corn and potatoes. I truly appreciate the price for the crawfish and adding the corn and potatoes weren't ridiculously priced like some places - I feel a lot of restaurants are getting overpriced. But one of the owners assured me that the cook has some flavorful crawfish, and it was! The crawfish had the right amount of spice and seasoning. Aside from the food, I was told that they have live music on the weekends and it's BYOB also! However, they do offer soda and water to purchase as well. Overall, looking forward to coming back and trying some other options.“
