My husband and I really love this place! Such a beautiful and fun spot to hangout with just us, or with friends and family. And the food is always EXCELLENT! Great drinks and super reasonable prices on everything!!! Can't say enough good things! ?
The Mrs. & I were first-timers around noonish on St. Patrick's Day -- a Sunday this year. I found 1886 on Yelp, and being the restaurant/bar adventurer, decided to give it a try. While the cloudy, cool-ish weather played a part in making the outdoors very comfortable, we found the spot to be casual, relaxed, eclectic, and unpretentious -- all plusses in my book. Had the BLT, came with candied bacon which really gave it a unique flavor. Also the service was remarkable, it was a busy night with a live band but we always had someone coming to our table asking if we needed anything and never needed to wait for a drink.
