“Had the BLT, came with candied bacon which really gave it a unique flavor. Also the service was remarkable, it was a busy night with a live band but we always had someone coming to our table asking if we needed anything and never needed to wait for a drink.“

“We had a party over 16 With one Waitress named T who did an amazing job working by her self. So we decided to help her out by going to the bar. We asked the bartender if we could place a order since our servicer has so many people and the bartender named Dana was like no that’s your server job which I never went to a bar and was turned down from buying a drink. I mean aren’t yall a team she has over 16 people and you can’t even help her out. The bartender Dana rather lean on a empty bar staring at her while she working and play on her phone instead of helping her.. smh not to mention the bartender finally came from behind the bar and brought someone food while t was taking someone order and Dana say if she stop socializing so much
She could get her own food. SMH Just lazy!!!!! 1 server serving 16 people one bartender empty bar for a total of 4 customers the whole 4 hours we were here and still can’t help smh.. 5 stars goes to the food and the server T . Definitely can feel the tension between the employees!!!!!“

“This Admirals Club located inside the George Bush Intercontinental airport 🛫 in Houston is located conveniently by Gate A-25. Friendly and helpful staff 👌. They offer a full bar 🍸 beer 🍺 and wine 🍷 👌 Nice snack area. TVS 📺 and flight ✈ information 👍 Wheelchair 👨‍🦽 ♿ accessible doors and bathrooms 🚻 Free wifi💻 and access to power🔌 to recharge batteries etc. 🔋 Always a great place to get away from the crowd 😀 Give them a try 👍 😀“

I've seen it there for many years but I've never been in there since it's a local bar and to be honest with you I did not know if I would be welcome. “Solid lounge. Out of the European lounges at IAH I think this is the best. KLM and Air France are both dumps. Food buffet was decent. Huge selection of snacks. Premium alcohol (if that's your thing). The dessert was absolutely delicious. Customer service was very good. Great job BA!!“

“Had the parmesan truffle fries & chicken tortilla soup .. the prices were decent for airport restaurants the chicken tortilla soup was basically either ( the same taste as chili's restaurant purchasing from the same vendor ) or a copycat version taste exactly the same with exception of doctoring it up to make it their own aka the addition of parsley & avocados amongst other ingredients.. I love chili's chicken tortilla soup BTW so I don't mind in the least 😋 as far as the fries they were shoe string fries which I love also with the addition of parsley & parmesan the star of the show thou was the garlic truffle aoli sauce to dip the fries in... all in all a lovely peaceful lunch & sweet tea :)“

“I had a late flight out and EVA was the only airline at the lounge. The EVA lady at the front desk was the most hospitable and happy! She printed me off a boarding pass so I'd have a have a spare. Answered my ignorant questions because it's my first time on EVA. EVA good customer service!“
