Chili's in Humble

“I've been going to Chili's since the '80's. This place meets expectations. Staff is local, the bar has all the service subscriptions you want. The patrons are a mix of hillbilly and intercity tourist who arrived from IAH. Plenty of room, plenty of food choices ( except for chicken fried chicken), and plenty of time to enjoy yiur food.“

“The staff at the front counter refused to assess anyone with their order until after the customer had finished speaking on the phone. Upon receiving the customer’s name, the staff member proceeded to the back of the establishment and did not return. The customer was left to wonder whether their order was ready or not, as the staff member did not care. It was only after a young lady initiated the process that the customer’s order was finally completed. The young lady was attentive and efficient, ensuring that all orders were
processed promptly. Without her assistance, the customer would have likely given a negative review, even after receiving the rest of their orders.“
