“Very nice friendly staff yet very cold in the place which being a healthcare professional I do understand but it can be unpleasant trying to eat have a good time freezing
Overall manager was very nice friendly understanding my choice on the menu as I changed it with no problem
The waitress nice friendly kept the refills coming

“My Chili's on Hwy 6 closed and I am now coming to The next closest one. Lemme tell ya this Chili's Chef knows what he's doing !! I highly recommend the RIBEYE he understands the assignment ! Chef's kiss ... delish! My friend got the Cajun Chicken Pasta and she kept saying oh my gosh oh my gosh this is sooooo good !!!“

“Ordered two meals on the 3 forMe menu. My husband loved his Big Smasher Burger and I loved my Big Chicken Sandwich. It was crispy and hot and so big I could only eat half. Saved the rest for the next day. Broccoli was seasoned well. Order was ready on time for me to pick up.“

“Great experience compare to other places
We went early so we can get good service so we was there as soon as they open up and everything was perfect waitress was great and serve our food on time and food was fresh and hot. They did have a small issue where our appetizer did come after our main dish, but the manager came over very friendly and politely let us keep the dish and take it off our check because of the wait of the appetizer. Other than that I think we had a great experience in overall I would say I would go back I haven’t been to Chili’s in a while so for me to say I’ll go back means a lot this time. I’ll take more pictures and see what else I can give you guys moving forward other than that I would give it a nine out of a 10.“

“I had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of.
The food was outstanding. Everything arrived hot and fresh! The ribs were tender and full of smoky goodness, and the appetizers—especially the chips and salsa—were impossible to stop eating!
Our server was attentive, friendly, and quick to refill drinks and check in without being intrusive. It’s clear the team works hard to create a positive dining experience.
Overall, they delivered excellent food, great service, and a fun atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location again soon. Highly recommend! 👏“

“I absolutely loved my experience here! The service was amazing. Our waiter Sam was very kind and patient. And his coworker and busser Steve was spectacular! Me and my wife were sitting enjoying a nice glass of water and out comes Steve! He was very humorous and gave us a very friendly greeting. I just had to ask for his name, because his spirit was just so warming. Overall, WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Excelsior!“

“I always meet up with my friends here for lunch or dinner and lovely staff all the time. If there is a mishap they will always follow through and make sure any issues are resolved. Ill continue to make a stop for my lunch breaks and happy hours!“

“Me and my friends had a great time together, our host Jay was an incredible host and made all of us laugh the entire time he would come to our table. He made me feel good too since he noticed I had dialysis treatments so he made it his mission to make me and my table mates time there feel a wonderful time. Over all the entire meal was delicious and the timing was perfect too since everything came out perfectly and in a very fast pace. If you do go here make sure you ask for Jay.“

“June 2026: Ordered the Smokehouse Combo & the $6 marg for the month. Got the chips & salsa free through the app. Food was good. Our waiter was great. Nice laid back place to eat. Definitely think the drink could have been a little stronger. But over all good place to go.“

“The burgers here are very good, as is their salad that’s served with a quesadilla. I hadn’t been to a Chili’s in years because of the food and service quality, but it seems they’ve upped their game. A friend recommended that we try the burger, otherwise we wouldn’t have gone. It was good advice. The service was very good on this visit as well. Drinks (Margaritas) were pretty weak, but we’ll probably visit again in the near future.“
