Chili's Grill & Bar offers a lively dining experience, with a mix of positive feedback and some concerns. The service is generally praised, with staff being helpful, funny, and attentive, making special occasions enjoyable. The food, especially the steak, has received high marks for quality, and the restaurant is considered kid-friendly, suitable for various occasions. However, recent experiences have highlighted some issues, such as inconsistent hours and service problems like doors being locked before closing time and online orders not being ready on time. Despite these concerns, many customers find the restaurant to be a good choice for a fun meal out.
