Affordable menu and friendly service
Food was decent and their pick 3 specials are decent deals. The service could've been better as food took awhile and had to ask for salads before food came.
Giving it 4 stars because our server was so friendly and personable! And paying at the table’s tablet was really convenient especially for splitting up the check. Food was… not great, but to be expected. Ribs were McDonald’s quality. And the lighting is so bright, not the moody, darker ambiance they used to have that made it such a great place to eat and hang with friends

Chili's Grill & Bar is a mixed bag. While the food can be good, the atmosphere and service can be lacking. Upon entering, the restaurant may have an unpleasant smell. The waitstaff's attention to detail can be inconsistent, but recent reviews highlight improvements. Guests have experienced friendly and attentive service, making them feel welcomed. Some menu items, like the crispy chicken crispers and Cajun Shrimp Pasta, remain enjoyable. The fajitas have also received praise for being delicious, fresh, and packed with flavor. Chips and salsa continue to be a popular starter. Despite some drawbacks, Chili's can still provide a decent dining experience, with many noting it as a great spot for good food at a reasonable price, perfect for casual meals with friends or family.
