Absolutely love this location. Amazing food and even better service! 🧡
They took care of their business. Everything was good. It was fresh. I had nachos.
Our burrito bowls were tasty but the chips served with our queso were stale and tasteless. Not the usual quality we experience there.
Also, the app doesn’t appear to have any sort of ‘contact us’ function. If it does, it wasn’t obvious to me.

Freebirds World Burrito offers good service and friendly staff. The food, including the brisket special, is consistently delicious. The restaurant still provides a pleasant dining experience, despite the menu changes that removed items like fresh jalapeños and the 2 taco chips and queso special. However, the front area can be disorganized and dirty at times.
Customers praise the massive burritos, though they may not be considered authentic. The service is quick, and the inside is clean, with a friendly staff. The restaurant also offers a membership program with exclusive deals, which the staff is helpful in explaining to customers.
