“Best candied yams I've had in my life. Not that I'm an expert on candied yams, but I wouldn't be surprised if other people said the same. Wings with Blaze sauce were delicious, hot, and crispy. Oxtails were great, but maybe needed more gravy. Pound cake with banana pudding? Incredible. Hard to hate this one; very solid.“

“Visited the establishment this past Sunday. The customer service was great. Everyone was nice, friendly, smiling, and making sure we were good. The food was good. Our whole table enjoyed everything-even the dessert ( mad I left my mom's banana pudding 😄). The prices are reasonable. My family and I will definitely return.“
“I happened upon Katherine Ann’s by complete accident, saw the sign out front, and decided I had to try it; I’m glad I did! I don’t know what they put in that blueberry lemonade, but it’s like crack! The black eyed peas and green beans brought me back home to East Texas, and the sausage in the spaghetti was just fantastic. Everyone was so sweet :) I recommend stopping by with an appetite! Thank y’all!!“

“Went in with a group after a bills game in Houston, the service was amazing, the food was so good & we would definitely go back!! The manager heard us talking that the trip was for my birthday and when we were done eating we were waiting on our uber and they ran us out a breakfast dessert. Highly recommend!“

“I tried this place out. I almost missed it cause it is so small but the soul food here is delicious. So far, I had the turkey leg, baked chicken, and the meat balls. Man I love the baked chicken, it was the best. I have not had a bad meal here. Already been here twice. Great sides. good cabbage and corn. Definitely will keep coming to this place.“
