“I had such a great experience at the Dayton Starbucks today, and I really wanted to recognize Sara! I was already having a pretty bad day when I came in, and she was so kind and genuinely listened while I ranted about everything that had been going on. She didn’t have to do that, but having someone simply listen and show a little kindness honestly made my day feel a lot better.

Then, to top it off, I accidentally spilled my drink, and Sara remade it for me without making me feel embarrassed or like it was an inconvenience at all. She was incredibly patient, understanding, and sweet throughout the entire interaction. It’s little moments like this that can completely change someone’s day, and Sara did exactly that for me. She’s a wonderful barista and an even kinder person. Dayton Starbucks is lucky to have her! ❤“
