Great location in my neighborhoodStaff was friendly & welcomingImpressive that a "special needs" female was an employee who was functioning as a cleaning person. Good for her and hooray for Starbucks.
I wanted to give a shout-out to the staff here, at Starbucks Humble. I dropped in for a late coffee, while I was working to meet an important work deadline. And they allowed me to stay right up until before closing time so I could wrap up my work on schedule. They were very kind and provided excellent service. Shoutout for amazing staff. Pulled up to the drive through and before handing over my coffee the barista stopped and said it wasn’t very hot. She set it aside and quickly remade it.This is how you take care of your customers and keep us coming back! I just wish I’d gotten her name so I could give her the credit she deserves.
