Shoutout for amazing staff. Pulled up to the drive through and before handing over my coffee the barista stopped and said it wasn’t very hot. She set it aside and quickly remade it.This is how you take care of your customers and keep us coming back! I just wish I’d gotten her name so I could give her the credit she deserves.

I wanted to give a shout-out to the staff here, at Starbucks Humble. I dropped in for a late coffee, while I was working to meet an important work deadline. And they allowed me to stay right up until before closing time so I could wrap up my work on schedule. They were very kind and provided excellent service. The atmosphere of this location is soothing and ideal for a study space or if you just want somewhere with a little quiet. The coffee was great as always. Thanks again to Caitlin and Sev for being so awesome!

I love this Starbucks. They always prepare my coffee perfectly. They sconce was delicious also.Dietary restrictions: I always get oak milk or Almond milk in my coffee because I am lactose intolerant. It's the neighborhood joint. Close to my place so there's the convenience factor. The issue however is the waiting time, particularly when you go inside. If you haven't figured it out by now, preference is given to the drive-thru. More money! It's always about the almighty dollar. So, we put up with it. Went by Sunday and the place was filthy. No one cares.

My friend recently visited this Starbucks and this was her account: "It was SO shocking to hear a manager and a barista literally shout at customers saying 'Get out, we want to go home' at exactly their closing time."Not only does this make people want to hurry up, it is rude. Their whole experience and the entire atmosphere at this place can be ruined in just this phrase - "Get out." Who wants to eat in a place like that?Of course, the food is good, but it's also overpriced. I don't go to Starbucks anyway, but I definitely wouldn't go to this one if I had to stop for coffee or food.Customer service is everything!!!Overall score: F
