Only ever order unicorn frappes they are the best thing ever bren makes em so so good and she always makes them look so cute and perfect, you should only ever buy unicorn frappes.
Great location that is SEVERELY understaffed. The people working are trying their best, but this location is in the heart of City Place. Corporate offices are hustling at 8AM and they need more them 2 people during rush hour. I waited 30 minutes for a coffee which was less than desirable. Management needs to step in and provide some relief to this team.
This is my favorite restaurant, i come here all the time and i proposed here last fall. This is my all time favorite restaurant recommendation for the houston area.

Starbucks is a welcoming place with friendly staff who make customers feel special. The new lavender latte is amazing, and the flat white with caramel sauce on the side is a must-try. The customer service is exceptional, with quick service and helpful recommendations. The seasonal cranberry orange lemonade topped with espresso tastes great, and the staff is nice and friendly, even making special drinks not on the regular menu. There are plenty of options for food and drinks, with tons of seats indoors and outdoors. The drinks are expertly made and absolutely delicious, and the baristas are both friendly and efficient. The hospitality is warm and welcoming, making everyone feel right at home. Whether picking up mobile orders or stopping by for a quick coffee, Starbucks is a great choice for a satisfying beverage experience. Parking includes designated mobile order spots, and there are great options for kids.
