Today I ordered a Venti Vanilla Latte and it was not as good as it should be. I called and spoke with Michael, the store manager. He took my complaint and offered to make me another one and deliver it to me because I couldn't get back to the store. Upon arrival, not only did he have my Latte, but he also had a pound cake and coupons. Best best customer service I've received. Thank you Michael!!!
I love this Starbucks! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the place is clean and they have a great patio! Thanks for the great service!
Coming here in the mornings to pick up my coffee has always been a pleasure- it's on time, always correct, the perfect temperature, and the warm greetings from the staff are the absolute best! Usually no long wait times, I'm always in and out. I love coming to this location to start my day! ☕💕
