Ive ordered sausage and cheese kolaches TWICE and the first time they gave me ham and cheese instead of cancelling and the second time they gave me JALEPENO sausage and cheese. Again not what i paid for. Clearly someone is incompetent here. Best of luck getting what you order.

I just went there and asked for fresh donuts twice and these people gave me cold donuts after I specified I wanted warm fresh donuts... Please change the staff they are not good customer service candidates no courtesy at all I'm highly disappointed ?

No icing on Cinnamon Rolls. Usually Cinnamon Rolls at least to me should have icing. Who wants a dry Cinnamon Roll, not me?!

When I go into a place of business, I feel that there should be some basic common courtesy from the people serving you. Like hello, how are you today? It seems most places like this treat you like they don't care about you. Then, they have the nerve to ask you to give them a tip for them just doing the basic job. No thanks, I will take my business somewhere else.
I chose this place because to the boudin is always hot and fresh. I love the chocolate eclair. I've never been in the afternoon, so I'm not sure if they're fresh, but I'm about to give it a try. So therefore, I give it a four-star.

I ordered 3 sausage kolaches and 3 donuts from this location recently. While the donuts were warm and delicious, the kolaches were far from it! What I received was a warmed up skinny hot dog in a huge bun with melted cheese inside. What a joke!!!!! I will never visit this location again. And the girl taking my order didn't even look at me or ask if I needed anything else. So rude.

Ordered delivery from here, and they were out of coffee. What kind of donut shop is just completely out of coffee? Also the clerks/manager was adamant that we take a different drink in the place of the coffee rather than just refund the cost of the ordered coffees. I had to repeat myself about 4 times to please just refund the coffee as I didn't want any other drink. Very frustrating to deal with.

My wife and daughter in law went there today the donuts were delicious so we're the kolaches. The people in the front were impatient with my wife because she was having trouble choosing what she wanted. She has cancer and is a little slow to think what she wanted,the worker seemed in a hurry and was giving dirty looks like she didn't have time for that. My wife is 75 yrs old and sickly, I don't appreciate that kind of treatment and we buy your products pretty often. please have better people to dispatch your donuts as prices are already too dang expensive as it is. We probably won't be going there till you find nicer employees.
