“great service, always well stocked“

“Anytime someone from out of town wants kolaches or donuts, I usually take them here, but lately they have not been so good. Or is it just this location? Other locations are so much friendlier and food is fresher. The workers here did not smile at all and is a little strange coming from a service industry. The kolaches and donuts today were just alright. The coffee tasted old.“

Parking: There is construction on Northpark right in front of Dunkin. It can make it hard getting in and out of this place. Hopefully the construction will be done soon.“

“I first had kolaches when I was shipping into Texas. And I experienced the most amazing sausage roll ever. The ships agent used to bring them to us when we arrived and weren’t they a treat after being at sea for weeks. The hotdog jalapeño and the boudin were amazing. Needless to say when I got off the ship I’d try to find them and was always disappointed by some of the brands. Not Donald’s. Their dough is sweet and tender and the sausages are spot on. I dream of getting back to Texas just for these kolaches. And from what I bring back home with me the folks here are developing a cult like following.“

“We love Sunrise Donuts and Kolaches!!! We moved from upstate NY this year, and had not found donuts we liked locally until trying Sunrise. Nothing but impressed with the experience and the professionally presented, delicious goodies! These are the best donuts I have ever had. Consistent, not greasy, no yucky aftertaste. “Love the welcoming very nice people and they have the best iced coffee if you haven't tried it try it and I always get my favorite which is white chocolate mocha and I get an extra pump of hazelnut it is awesome and it's already kind of cold so they don't put too much ice it doesn't get watered down it's awesome better than Starbucks I haven't told them they should start putting up a chart to let people know that you can get a pump of another flavor and mixed in with yours if you want like I do just like have you since or whatever and I make them more money and make customers happy cuz I always want an extra pump of hazelnut in my white chocolate mocha it's like Christmas in a cup it's wonderful they're wonderful love it“

“As long as you get there early enough, this is your best bet for variety, taste and people! Never been treated anything less than wonderful here and it's always delicious!Funny enough...I used to work at that gas station in 1998-99 when I was 18. Gas was $.88/gal and Diesel was $.82/ gal. Crazy....

“We’ve been coming here for years and they really do have the BEST donuts! We drive passed two other donut shops (chains) to visit Best Donuts and it’s so worth it. We love this family run business and haven’t found another to match their quality or taste. And their savory items are really good too, but we’re always there for the donuts because they’re the best!?“

“My kids love coming here and so do I. They consistently have good donuts, kolaches, breakfast sandwiches, etc, but my favorite is the chocolate covered donut holes. The couple that is always there serving and baking (likely the owners) are always sweet and make sure we are taken care of. I will always drive past Shipleys to come here! You can’t beat their prices either!“

“My first time visiting today. It's a very cozy, cute, and inviting shop! The lady there was kind, and was very friendly with the customers. I purchased a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and a chocolate glazed donut. The prices were unbeatable, and the food was amazing!The croissant was nice, but the chocolate glazed donut was SO FRESH, SO FLUFFY and PILLOWY SOFT.Oh my goodness, it was the best chocolate glazed donut I've eaten in a very long time.I highly recommend this shop, and I know I'll definitely be stopping here quite a bit in the future.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly drink options such as juice boxes, juice, milk, ect. Donut holes for small children, and a cute, kid friendly atmosphere.“

“I like trying new donut shops around my area since Shipleys gets tiring but this donut shop was outstanding with customer service and the food itself, I’m a big kolache fan and I can say their kolaches are delicious! I recommend their chappell hill kolaches as they are a little bit more pricey but they are 10/10, and the staff is so kind and attentive to their customers.“

“Haven't tried the donuts yet but they do look fresh and delicious. I did try the coffee which is great and a kolache I never had before. The Boudain Kolache is one I've never seen any where else and contained a spicy mix of sausage, rice and jalapeño. It was delicious! I will be back for another one and to try everything else on the menu.“

They use high quality ingredients that make their baked good better than others. The Asian couple who run the shop are always friendly and helpful.“

“I been going to Donut Delight since I was a young lady and the donuts are the best! I know the former owners and the new ones and the recipe has NOT changed and its the same bakers in the back working hard to get you a hot donut! Prices have changed but only by 10cent for basic donuts and they are still an excellent donut!“

“I came in and they didn’t have maple yeast out yet. They asked me how many I wanted and went and made two for me. They did not have to, and I was extremely touched by the staff going out of their way when they did not have to. I frequent this place weekly and they will have my business for years to come.“

“Came in early this morning and my debit card was having some issues and only authorized half the purchase. At the same time there is errors on the store side register that prevented the purchase being avoided. The staff were extremely patient and the manager was extremely understanding and was able to get me out of the door and resolve the issue in a timely manner. Would definitely be visiting again!“

“Employees are wonderful and very professional. Most of the employees speak Spanish as well as English. This is a plus, cause I've had to translate several times in different places. I observed while standing in line, how well the employees work together. Like a well oiled machine with everything in sink. I have no idea who the manager is. The owner of this establishment hit a home run with the training and employees. They all have potential to run their own business.
They all deserve 6 stars. That's why I will keep going back . They treat you better than family.“
