“This donut shop is an absolute gem in our neighborhood. The place is cozy, the atmosphere is warm, and the people are incredibly kind. One thing that stands out to me is the beautiful mix of cultures among the employees — it’s the only store around here where you see that, and it makes all the difference.

I don’t know the owner personally, but I’m 100% sure he treats his employees with great respect, because it clearly reflects in the way they treat customers. I’ve always been welcomed with such kindness and genuine smiles.

One of the things I love most is meeting people from different backgrounds. There’s Kathy from the Philippines — her service is always outstanding. And today I had the pleasure of meeting Ana from Cuba, Andrea from Ecuador, and Iris from Mexico. These ladies were so friendly, so respectful, and I could also see how well they treated every customer.

It’s funny how we’re quick to write a bad review, but take forever to post a good one — so today I’m finally leaving this review that’s long overdue. God bless this business. I hope you continue to grow. I even remember one Sunday meeting the owner’s son, who was there working too — it’s beautiful to see family involved like that, especially when they’re raising the next generation with such humility.

“I love the Thai Tea from here! My husband usually gets a chocolate shake. I used to love the donuts, but unfortunately they no longer offer them. I hope they bring them back, because they were so good! I also miss the old punch card rewards.“

“Love the welcoming very nice people and they have the best iced coffee if you haven't tried it try it and I always get my favorite which is white chocolate mocha and I get an extra pump of hazelnut it is awesome and it's already kind of cold so they don't put too much ice it doesn't get watered down it's awesome better than Starbucks I haven't told them they should start putting up a chart to let people know that you can get a pump of another flavor and mixed in with yours if you want like I do just like have you since or whatever and I make them more money and make customers happy cuz I always want an extra pump of hazelnut in my white chocolate mocha it's like Christmas in a cup it's wonderful they're wonderful love it“

“Haven't tried the donuts yet but they do look fresh and delicious. I did try the coffee which is great and a kolache I never had before. The Boudain Kolache is one I've never seen any where else and contained a spicy mix of sausage, rice and jalapeño. It was delicious! I will be back for another one and to try everything else on the menu.“

The couple that is always there serving and baking (likely the owners) are always sweet and make sure we are taken care of. I will always drive past Shipleys to come here! “My first time visiting today. It's a very cozy, cute, and inviting shop! The lady there was kind, and was very friendly with the customers. I purchased a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and a chocolate glazed donut. The prices were unbeatable, and the food was amazing!The croissant was nice, but the chocolate glazed donut was SO FRESH, SO FLUFFY and PILLOWY SOFT.Oh my goodness, it was the best chocolate glazed donut I've eaten in a very long time.I highly recommend this shop, and I know I'll definitely be stopping here quite a bit in the future.

“It's nothing like some delicious Shipley's donuts in the morning. The donuts are nice and hot. I usually get two glazed donuts than I turned around and get two more glazed donuts. They melt in your mouth when they are hot. They are not too sweet. They are just right.

“Employees are wonderful and very professional. Most of the employees speak Spanish as well as English. This is a plus, cause I've had to translate several times in different places. I observed while standing in line, how well the employees work together. Like a well oiled machine with everything in sink. I have no idea who the manager is. The owner of this establishment hit a home run with the training and employees. They all have potential to run their own business.
They all deserve 6 stars. That's why I will keep going back . They treat you better than family.“
