I dropped in for the first time in a long time today. Todays visit solidified me never returning.Upon entering the place you are greeted by the usually stare...then.... "Hi, how can I help?" Messed up my order despite me specifically asking if a small kolache was put in the bag. “Yes it was” but no it wasn’t. I should have went with my gut and went to the atascosita location because this one has terrible reviews.

I've been going here off and on since I was 9 years old but sadly today will likely be my last time going in there. I've never been treated so unkind. I get its a mom and pop shop but its just a dollar coffee and about helping the customer and making the moment right. I simply asked for either a refund or another small cup of black coffee because I couldn't drink the one I had. It was WAY too strong and not good after putting several creams and a couple sugar.
