I went to the Starbucks on Research Forest around 8:58pm this evening. They were getting ready to close for the night. I asked for a iced coffee. Ian told me they had just turned off the maker they needed to make my drink. He asked Aspen if she would make it and within a few minutes I had my drink. As I was getting ready to pay, Aspen said the drink was on them because they had just turned off their machines.

Horrible customer service, girl working the evening shift had such an attitude doing her job. Went in with my kids and we tried to order their drinks she tells me those drinks aren’t available anymore but they are still on the menu online. So I ask for her to give us a minute while we look over the menu again to decide, she was so bothered, not like she had a line we were the only ones.
