Our cashier noticed her birthday badge and immediately wished her a happy birthday while giving us excellent customer service and great recommendations. After we were seated, our server surprised her with a special birthday treat, she was so overwhelmed with emotion, and it was truly the sweetest gesture. “This place almost got four stars if they only had more staff. It was opened later than what they advertised and the moment they opened it was busy. I felt bad for that girl because she kept running around yet she’s the reason I’m still giving this place four stars. I believe her name was Janette. She was so attentive with each person before me and even when she got to me she didn’t treat me differently or looked stressed. Although I would be. She still recommended items as this was my first time. She gave me some context on each sweet even though she was busy. the lemonade and macaron were 10/10! Would definitely come back for her.“

“Went for brunch yesterday with friends and the customer service was top notch!!! Genuinely kind staff who went above and beyond for us. My youngest has FA and they greeted us upon entry and let me know how to discuss the allergens with the staff. We got the counter to order and I kept it simple with just bacon and fruit for my ANA kid to make it easier on everyone but the staff member made sure to let the kitchen know about cross contamination. When we looked at desserts the staff was highly knowledgeable about what desserts had allergens and which had cross. Their knowledge of ingredients and honesty over a sale was phenomenal. On top of that, there was a young gentlemen (whose name I can’t remember) but he ensured our food was perfect and that we enjoyed our meal. Just kind people all around. It was such a nice and relaxing time out that we usually don’t get with FA. Thank you so much for this. Will be back.“

“I used to go to the other location for years before it closed. Luckily the food was consistent and delicious. Not sure what's up with the server though. She was borderline a little rude. Crazy part is I watched her talk with I guess regulars. Quite the chatty Kathy with them. Not that I needed her to chat it up but you could definitely tell the difference of how she treats people. Maybe I just put off a bad vibe or something. Anyway the super southern combo was delicious and that's all I really cared about.“

“If you’ve spent anytime in France, you’ll appreciate the quality food and experience at La Francesita. I grew up outside of Paris and everytime I eat here, I’m taken back to my childhood.

We come here almost every Saturday morning as a family. The quality of the pastries is incredible! My wife and I are huge fans of the artesian toasts that they offer. The family and staff that run this place are terrific. If you want to experience an authentic French cafe experience, this is your stop!“

“As a veteran, I’m repulsed by all of these reviews complaining about not getting a free coffee. We didn’t serve to get free stuff and then bash businesses who don’t offer anything. I, personally, am beyond pleased with the services offered at this location. CO has been the best bank I’ve ever worked with, including USAA. Keep up the great work Capital One! And all you naysayers need to reevaluate yourselves. I’m embarrassed that you served the same military as me.“

“The Lemon Blueberry cake was a big hit at the birthday party. It was flavorful, moist and delicious. It’s a little pricey but worth it. The cookies were also a big hit. Highly recommend!!!“

“Very aesthetic shop, saw reviews that they are rude but everyone was nice and friendly to me. Coffee was good and the kolache may have been the best I've ever had. If parking in front of the shop is unavailable, they validate the parking garage that is easy walking distance.“
