The greatest customer service experience can be expected, with kindness and a nice, clean area that is kid-friendly. However, some visits have lacked a hello when walking in, and one order for 7 dozen large cookies, half chocolate chip, was not ready upon arrival, requiring a return trip. Despite this, the cookies were delicious, and the online mobile ordering is a lifesaver. The only complaint is when a weekly favorite is sold out.
