My burger consisted of 3 two ounce patties with pepperjack cheese, a fried egg and charred jalapenos. This burger was tasty and juicy, had a hint of char on the edges...yum. As usual we sampled each others food. My wife got a five ounce burger patty with no bun with cheddar cheese, seared spam, sauteed onions and sliced avocado, very tasty. Little food truck, parked on Fondern, parking lot felt shady when we pulled up but the owners big smile and the lively Persian music playing outside, made all our concerns dissipate.The ice cream was delicious and so authentic. The owner was so friendly and helpful. He told us his story of his families ties to making ice cream goes back generations. The fries are very crispy with a great tasting sauce and seasing. The burgers were very tasty, especially the BBQ burger. Not over cooked, not dry and definitely not flavorless. I asked her how much sugar they add to thier thia tea and if it's overly sweet. She told me the make the thai tea with freah tea leaves and it's hard to give an answer per cup on how much sugar but she would let me taste it. I appreciated that. The tea on its own was absolutely delicious so I asked her to make it just how she normally does. “THIS PLACE!! stopped here today on a whim after grocery shopping. I didn't know it was in Riverstone community but I'm so glad I know now! I got a Thai tea (my staple) and caramelized brown sugar tea both with boba. First, I want to give you some background. This milk tea spot, opened up nine months ago in a Plaza catty corner from Kroger in Riverstone. It's run by a husband and wife and they are very friendly and kind gave me tips on how to best try the caramelized brown sugar tea. Many people don't know that they are there, & I want to spread the word! Because I need this Boba for years to come. So the actual teas are delicious! What solidifies it for me is the Boba most places where I get Boba the bubbles are pretty bland or the flavors just don't match with the tea I get. But this Boba they use is so flavorful it Has to be brown sugar or caramel or something. But it's the best I've had so far! Normally I get just high tea, but I wanted to try something different so I tried the caramelizad milk tea and I was not disappointed. The Boba is where they caramelize the flavor at the bottom and so you get this dichotomy of hot and cold in your drink. Which really gives you an experience! If you like sweet, I would highly recommend this drink. The last thing I wanna talk about is the decor. You can tell the owners put such care and handpick the furniture to the wall art. It has a such an upscale vibe for a Boba place, but it makes sense considering where they are. I'd be a really nice place to go and work remotely“

Not to fear because this place has leaped to my #1 spot for Ceviche. The dish was fresh and tasty beyond what you would expect. The pork on the Korean Fried Rice was a blob of shredded meat with a very off-putting texture. Did not enjoy that. Haven't been to VT in a while, and this was worth the visit. There are two display cases with different breads and pastries.I thoroughly enjoyed all the food I bought. The Simit and egg was made-to-order, and it was served piping hot. The bread was fresh and it was so good. The seeds added a good texture contrast. The baklava could be flakier and crispier, but the sweetness was just right. The pistachio roll had the right sweetness and texture. The rice pudding was my favorite. It had the perfect sweetness creaminess to it. Yum. The eclair, Paris brest, and zebra were filled properly, not overly sweet, and tasted good. The choco Nutella was my least favorite because the Nutella inside had hardened. A hard pastry with hardened Nutella was difficult to swallow.I will go back to try their pide, sandwiches, and rest of the items on their menu.“
