“Came in over the weekend for some coffee and breakfast. I loved this place. I got the baklava latte with one of their croissant sandwiches. The latte was delicious, tasted like baklava, and had a fruity note to it. The sandwich was so good, too. It had perfectly melty mozzarella cheese and was so tasty. My fiancé got a piece of baklava and the smoky vanilla charcoal latte. He loved the baklava and he thought the latte was really interesting. The vibe was chill coffee shop and I loved the aesthetics. Service was really good too! So glad we stopped here and I can’t wait to come back and try more items!“

Great draft selection, plenty of bottles & cans, great seltzer options & wine as well. Very mellow vibe always. Perfect amount of lighting inside. Cozy vibes. Plenty of seating. Backyard area is sweet & intimate. Everything is priced extremely reasonably. No pomp & circumstance involved. Great weekly date night spot for a few easy drinks. Owner is a nice guy too.“

“Our first visit was to celebrate my daughter's 22nd birthday. The food is exceptional, the drinks are creative and on point. We started off with some street corn for an appetizer! I had seafood Mexicana with shrimp scallops and octopus seasoned with a siracha sauce over risotto. The wait staff all sang Happy Birthday and gave her a piece of quattro leches cake....OMG! A perfect place to celebrate ? anything! Soo good! Cory was our server and helped with our food selection as well as being a spirit guide for all of their creative libations. “My first time here and “Jade” left a good first impression for my family and I. Jade was a great server and her service made us feel at home and comfortable. Love we got to try their waffle garlic chips as first timers. They had clean and mellow and calming atmosphere with good music at a comfortable low setting. We tried the chilaquiles and they were so good. *Please note a chilaquiles plate can feed 2 people. Great food and great amount of food. They are pet friendly as long as you eat on patio. “I love this place! It's incredibly convenient since it's right by my house and the coffee is really good. During the holiday season, they add the cutest little sprinkles for a festive touch! I have also tried their teas which are good as well. My favorite dish has to be the bacon egg and cheese danish - you will not regret ordering it. The drive thru is pretty fast if you're in a crunch and they also do discounts for first responders/nurses (if you have your ID) which is nice!“

Very thankful a friend let us try his chops order. Let's just say not a single morsel remained on the plate.But the true stars of the show were the staff. Attentive, friendly, and always helpful, they made us feel like brunch royalty. By the time we left, our appetites were sated, our spirits high, and we were already planning our next visit. Waiter was nice and gave us plenty of time to decide what we wanted. Nice brunch spot, had outside seating, with the weather we could have sat outside but ended up sitting inside. “I love Slowpokes, the Spring Branch location has my heart. The vibes here are immaculate and the staff are extremely friendly. A few of note are L, Irlanda, and David. They’ve always greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. Also, the food is delicious! The sweet staff in the back always put together such yummy bites. I can’t rave enough about this place and always recommend it to my friends. I quickly became a regular here and I’ll be so sad if I ever have to move away!“

“Why 5 stars? Because the quesabirria hit the spot. --- --- --- My wife and I were heading back home from Houston and I wasn't really hungry for dinner after a heavy, late lunch. I just wanted some cookies, so we stopped at a nearby place for just that. As we were walking in, my wife said, "I think I actually want something savory more than sweet". Like Pavlov's dog, I *immediately* also wanted something savory. We skipped the cookie idea and decided to swing by this food truck instead. It's hard for me to resist ordering quesabirria when I see it on a menu, and there was no temptation to sway from that here. This meal was exactly what I was looking for: delicious sustenance, but not an overwhelming amount of food. And while there is another food truck that still holds the G.O.A.T. status when it comes to quesabirria, I think Cinco De Mayo is solidly in the running for the 2nd or 3rd best that I've tried. I personally prefer tipping in salsa over what normally comes with quesabirria. I know that's kind of the whole thing that makes the dish what it is, but I've never been one to be swayed by what everyone else is doing. The green sauce was delicious and an ideal pairing, IMO. Now, did I wake up at 2am with heartburn because I have a faulty esophagus? YEAH. But was it all worth it? You bet.“

“Tumble 22 has landed in Houston and I couldn't be happier! During the pandemic, I paid a lot of visits to Austin, TX and fell in love with Tumble 22 soon after my first bite! When I found out the first location in Houston would be just 15 minutes from me, I was ecstatic!!! This location in Vintage Park has friendly staff, squeaky clean facilities, and impeccable and consistent food quality. They recently did updates to their app, so reward credit is now earned based on the card you use. Whether you order dine in or takeout, you'll still earn credit! This is a game changer for regulars like myself! I also look forward to the new exclusive sandwiches every month. The Texas OG has been my absolute favorite so far and needs to become a part of their regular menu!! The customization options, monthly exclusives, and consistent new menu items is enough to keep me coming back, but the friendly staff, manager that treats his customers like family, and exceptional food quality makes it really hard to choose to eat anywhere else. If you're debating on eating here, just do it! You won't regret it. Just note that the spice levels run a bit hotter than you'd think they do. Whatever you think you can tolerate, I'd recommend jumping down a level, for your first time at least. I also HIGHLY recommend getting the mac & cheese. It is, by far, the best I've ever had!! “Last night was our first time to the blind goat, and we had the best experience! The restaurant is located in our neighborhood and we can definitely see ourselves going there weekly because the food was so good, our waiter was attentive, and they had a highchair for our toddler. We got so many items and couldn’t decide which was our favorite. The cocktails were excellent too! We absolutely love Xin Chao so we are excited to try this place out. This is a step below fine dining but is certainly steep considering the area. We ordered one entree and one drink per individual and we shared the brownie a la mode dessert. The beyond burger tasted exactly like the one you can make if you buy the patties yourself, btw. Still I enjoyed it, but the brownie and strawberry lemonade were far too sweet. I did not mind the lemonade since I had a Topo Chico I could dilute it with and refills for soda and lemonade were not charged.Would recommend if you want to have dogs with you, although we didn't see any that day. This place is tight across the street. An easy walk, nice to stretch my legs after being on airplanes.Efrain was super friendly. I ordered the Baja salad with chicken and a horchata.
