We had a great experience at Carrabba’s, and Roy was a big part of it! He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. He checked on us at the right times without ever making us feel rushed and made us feel genuinely welcome. The food was great, but Roy’s excellent service made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back and would be happy to have Roy as our waiter again. Highly recommend!
