“This location has the best customer service that I have ever experienced. Tenisha, Sandy and John were very polite and professional. Took care of my order inspite of me running short on cash to pay for it and all with a smile. The food was excellent and portion was generous too. Facility was clean and service was quick. “It's already been stated in previous reviews, but needs to be said again: HIDDEN GEM FOR PIZZA. Friday or saturday evening? Pizza night for the family? If you live in a neighborhood thats close by then this should be your place for ordering pizza. Fair prices and tastes WAY better than the chain brands.“

“We ordered catering for 48 and Hasta La Pasta really took care of us. The chicken parmesan with side pasta was a generous portion, warm and tasty. I had to change the date and the manager was very accommodating. Will definitely keep in mind for future events!“

“My Sister & I meet here occasionally for a sisters Lunch. It is perfect! The atmosphere is relaxing and the white tablecloths, & crystal glasses & Italian decor are Lovely. The food is amazing! My sister’s favorite is the Eggplant Parmigiana. The Ricotta stuffed Ravioli with Jalapeño Cream sauce is delicious! The waiters are respectful & attentive!“

“Food is great, like always. The only complaint i really have is the restroom needs to be cleaned. Every time we eat here the restrooms are nasty and the changing table for the babies is broken and hard to change a diaper on it. Other wise excellent service.“

“A hidden gem. The food is unbelievably delish. Tey the fresh snapper literally melts in your mouth. The staff courteous and so lovely. Stay as long as you want. BUT don't forget to bring a bottle it's BYOB. Again food 'is beyond what we expected. Made to order and well worth the wait, if there is one. manga manga trust you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back.“

“Service is terrible. Everytime I order it never comes, the website says they are open, they take my money and I never receive the pizza. I know they have good pizza but the worst service I’ve ever experienced. You can’t even call because the phone goes to voicemail.“

“I have ordered from here a few times through the pick up option. It’s purely craveable! The Mediterranean/tuscan salad has been my favorite for years from other locations and I was so pleased that it was just as good at this one. I was sad that this location didn’t have spinach artichoke dip like other locations but that’s just because I always get it anywhere I go. Their pizzas are superior with delicious crust! My husband and I came across their truffle mushroom pizza and it’s amazing! However last time we ordered it with sausage and unfortunately didn’t get it (insert sad face). Only thing about Russo’s is it’s not cheap eats. It’s good and you’re going to pay for it. Overall, I’d definitely come back and am in fact looking forward to it. Give them a try!“

“Great venue, clean,and employees are very courteous. RJ the 1st guy that took my order and Mr. Diego took care of me on a mix up on my pizza with no questions asked. Pizza was delivered hot n fresh,and of course the pizzas were delicious. I definitely recommend this location and this Marco's location. I went last night 11/24/24 and my guy David took care of me with the same great service as always!“
