“Remarkable customer service towards customer's awaiting their carryout orders; to include door dasher response times and more so out the door times for their drivers' to deliver timely pizza orders for delivery. The lobby/wait area is also neat and tidy.“

“This place is consistent. A little pricy but there's always coupons online. Staff is friendly every time I pick up. Not too many issues from this location.

Last issue I had was waiting an extra 20 minutes after the quoted time. But it is what it is. Don't whine when a mistake happens because we are all human.“

“Ignore these reviews! I do t love out here but this is the second time they have out did themselves! Last time I ordered from them they were closing and my dad’s girlfriend had died so they free of charge still delivered a pizza because to make sure he would eat. It’s Thanksgiving and they accidentally put jalapeno which he can’t eat so they brought a fresh one. They are by far the BEST pizza in Katy and everything always is fresh.“

“I'm not sure why such bad reviews. Our 2 pizzas were great. The delivery was smooth.
When ordering online, there are a lot of steps with details of each pizza. I could see how people skipped some of the steps to complete their pizza. As to why many complaints, they got their pizza with no sauce or no toppings. Don't rush through the steps.
Will definitely be ordering again.“
