“Me and my husband were in the mooooood for some pho, haven't had too many good experiences here in texas. Personally I always want steak but it is never truly enjoyable for some reason so when we came here I was worried I would be disappointed so I chose a shrimp pho, my husband also wanted to choose something different and requested a vegetarian choice. Immediately the service was a game changer! When this super friendly man named ANDY took our order, it was like he knew exactly what we truly wanted! He suggested my husband do the steak pho with the fresh noodles as hes telling us he puts a lot of love into the cuts and the flavor! So my husband was Immediately convinced and OH MY GAWD! HE WASNT LYING! He gave us this sauce that was absolutely perfect in spice and flavor, the smell was fantastic! Also the pho came out super fast! And he gave us this signature oil they made with the bone marrow i believe, and called it LIQUID GOLD! It was truly amazing! Added such a unique yet still traditional flavor experience! We are from California and have been here for almost 6 years and this is hands down the best pho ive ever had, brought me back to my first time falling in love with pho in Cali! So it was like we finally found OUR NEW SPOT! Thank you for the amazing food, we can't wait to come back! Thank you Andy at Pho Dien Katy!!!!“

“Love coming here for their noodle bowls! Their menu is a bit hard to understand in my opinion (as a non-viet person) but we haven’t had anything g that was bad. Service is generally very attentive and friendly.

“Absolutely one of the best pho spots I’ve been to! The broth was incredibly rich, flavorful, and comforting without being too salty or heavy. You can really taste the care that goes into making it. The noodles were perfectly cooked, the meat was fresh and tender, and all the herbs and toppings were crisp and fresh.

The portions were generous, the restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the service was friendly and attentive. Everything came out quickly and tasted amazing.

“Really good food and a fun atmosphere! I’ve been here several times and everything always tastes fresh.

The youtiao is crispy, the noodles are nice and chewy, and the soy milk and congee are both really good. I also love their wontons. Definitely try the chicken too—I noticed almost every table orders it, and there’s a reason for that!

The place also has a young and fun vibe. They have a karaoke area (I haven’t tried it yet), and there’s another area in the back with claw machines and some games.

“PHENOMENAL!!! Had the Yummy PHO at 9:15 in the morning when most places are not even open!!! Us Asian like Asian breakfast, and it is hard to find in the morning hours! I must say their service is impeccable, courteous, and respectable! Ambiance was great with large TV’s playing open air markets from the Orient and street food on TV is very enticing and reminiscing of my childhood!!! The food was TOP notch and there was nothing left even with a very hefty portion that was served! Sorry I forgot to get pictures since I was busy attacking my food! Don’t miss this place and if you’re not in the area get there as fast as you can! Worth every mile and minute to experience this wonderful restaurant!!“

I almost regretted it since I thought their specialty was only Chinese cuisine. Come to find out their pho was so good!
