“So glad Baskin Robbins is open again 😋

It felt really nice walking in, and the ice cream was just as good as always. Service really stood out too, everyone was genuinely so friendly and welcoming.

“Katie(employee) serve us ice cream during are visit.She was so kind and thoughtful.She went to the back and got ice cream for us that wasnt on display. After describing it to us because they was outof Twix ice cream.This is the first time coming I recieve Great customer services.She was customer minded.“

“Let me start by saying that the employee who helped us today prepared our drinks quickly and efficiently. They tasted great, and she was pleasant during checkout. Every time we come inside, the young employees are friendly, helpful, and provide excellent customer service.

That said, I do have one concern. Maybe I'm old-fashioned, but lately the appearance of some employees seemed unprofessional. It appears there either isn't a dress code or it isn't being enforced.

On a previous visit, one employee was wearing pajama bottoms. Today, another employee was wearing a hoodie with what looked like very short, boy shorts underneath. When she reached up to grab the lid for my drink, her clothing shifted, and I saw much more than I should have.

This isn't a criticism of the employees themselves, they've always been kind and provided great service. My issue is with management because a consistent, professional dress code would present a better image while still allowing employees to be comfortable.

I'm sure the majority of service is provided via drive thru and only a handful of walk ins and the kids may be taking advantage but they do need to consider walk ins and as long as the front door is open, the kids need to consider their dress. Otherwise, maybe they need to close the door.“
