“Went here one night to get an idea about what ice my husband would like. The person behind the counter was super helpful and patient with us trying different flavors. After we bought a scoop or 2, they helped us figure out how to customize an ice-cream cake for my husband's birthday. I called the next day, and the person who decorates them was there and she was kind and helpful. The cake came out exactly as requested and we were so happy with it on his Birthday.“

“Running around like a chicken with his head cut off. Trying to find an ice cream cake, for my niece, went to two different marble slabs and didn’t have a good experience. With customer service or prices. Decided to come to this Baskin-Robbins and they are absolutely amazing. I was helped by James and Karlie. They were amazing so sweet so nice. I’m pretty sure James has helped me in the past. And he has always been so wonderful. Highly recommend. Also, prices were better here. ☺️“

“I went in for a quick cookies and cream milkshake. The ladies there both spoke with pleasant tones and while one asked what i wanted the other was in action getting everything together. Honestly i paid and didn't even hear the blender. By the time i paid my shake was ready to go! Great customer service ladies!! Thank you so much!“

We had a scoop each of coffee and praline ice cream.PS- they have different bases also. Chocolate waffles, cones etc. No indoor sittings are allowed due to COVID 19.“

“Again, I visited this BASKIN ROBBINS and the experience was amazing. Sarah was the young employee taking my order today. I noticed a person who didn't quite have enough for ice cream on this 100 degree day and asked Sarah to prepare whatever this youth wanted. Quietly and with dignity toward this person, Sarah prepared the desert, allowed me to pay it unsuspectingly assuring me the customer would be tended to well. “Great place to get a large variety of ice cream flavors, located in Rice Village close to Rice University. There are plenty of places to get ice cream in the village, and this is one of the more affordable places ($4.19 for one scoop, $5.79 for two). We got a two scoop vanilla/strawberry and two scoop mocha almond fudge/lemon custard. Since a 2 scoop sundae is only 20 cents more, we went with that. There were 3 people working, but each had their responsibiilty (one responsible for cakes, one for mobile order, and one for walk-in) so we waited a bit. We thought the lemon custard was very good, and it mixed surprisingly well with the rich, dark coffee ice cream. There are a few tables to the side, so we finished our ice cream in a cup out of the heat, ready to continue out in the heat.“

“This location has great service lots of flavors to choose from its very clean in here and the restrooms are very clean also. The freezer that has the cakes are well stocked not like other locations. I'm very pleased on how well this store is put together and how great the service is. The employee was very kind respectful and had a great attitude. I highly recommend this location along with the Black Walnut ice cream.“

“I visited the Baskin Robbins at Bissonette and Beechnut by the Aldi. This was by far the best BR that I have been to. The ice cream was fresh, there were many great flavors to choose from. What set it apart was the cleanliness of the shop and the pride in which the owners had in their business. The service was first class. My ice cream cups were fitted with lids and placed in a bag for carryout. Spoons and napkins were placed in the bag without having to get them myself like in many places. This is a business I will return to and recommend to my friends.“

“Solid ice cream place. Many different flavors, all of them are well made. Dependable service and locations. Probably the best chain ice cream place. A bit more expensive than local stuff, though.Flavors I got, and recommend: mint chocolate chip, peanut butter blossom.“

“Great service! Happy that Baskin Robbins went back to old school chocolate chip and no longer use actual chocolate chips. (Just in this ice cream flavor) The broken/crumbled chocolate ribbon is so much better. Always a great find when there is a big chunk of it in your cone.“

“This place deserves five stars just for the staff. if you stop by around 4:00 to 4:30pm on a weekday, the place will be packed with school-aged kids. The people who work there are incredibly patient, taking orders and delivering them with courtesy, despite the mayhem and occasional screaming of school girls. I have taken my kids there a few times, and the ice cream was fresh, the servings were generous, and the employees were saints. I recommend this place, but I'd suggest avoiding the after-school rush.“

“THIS is the place to be. The service is always so good, you pull up to the makeshift drive thru and you know you will be getting the best damn service and Ice cream of your life. You have to ring their RING door bell and you'll hear the cashier attend you with the most staticky and hard to understand voice but that is the best part of the experience, it feels like that one George Lopez episode. The ice cream depending on what you get is usually pretty good, the cotton candy ice cream though tastes like they got Willy Wonka back there, it's so damn good and addicting. Y'all really slayed with this one purrr“

“Baskin-Robbins always extend good feelings. Nice smells of warm waffle cones being prepared. Grand presentation of ice creams accompanied by a huge variety. Nice cool air and pleasant atmosphere. Baskin-Robbins always places smiles on the exiting patron's faces.“

“I came here a few nights ago, the employee truly had patience with me & my big family & he was so sweet! I don’t remember his name but is started with a H or maybe S I’m unsure I didn’t catch it but such a sweet guy! we had a coupon that the school gave us but we weren’t able to use it at that location but he called his manager & told us where we were able to use it at he was truly sweet.“

“The atmosphere is great. They have various flavors you can choose from. I personally tried the large cookies and cream Milkshake. It truly was a large. Maybe 24 oz. Also the shake itself had plenty of cookies, the consistency was perfect for shake. Not too liquidity or solid but just right. The flavor reminded me of Blue bell although it is Baskin's brand. Over all the shake I give a 9.5. Only because I like a touch of chocolate syrup with my cookies and cream shake. I'm definitely coming back again! Highly recommend!“

“Without knowing the place, walking with my 4-year-old son, we entered the place. A very good surprise since they treated us excellently and very cordially. Since my son couldn't decide, they allowed him to try a couple of ice creams, always with the most cordial attention. The place is very nice, clean and tidy. The ice creams are very well displayed. Excellent product quality price. We would return again since the experience was very satisfactory.“

“Came here the other day with the family the staff is very polite and not rude at all. I have seen extremely rude customers come here all the time and that is when the staff defends themselves. “My fiancé's family & I have came here many times and always enjoyed it. Most recently we came here earlier this evening around 7pm on Sunday night, and were the only car in the drive through line.I got the Oreo cookie ice cream in a waffle cone with rainbow sprinkles, and it was awesome. My fiancé got the sundae which was delicious as well, and the hot fudge was on point.5/5 in my book. Definitely recommend this Baskin Robbins and we will be back for sure!“

“My third time to try this place since they opened and hooray!! Finally got an answer at the speaker and they had my favorite ice cream. They didn’t have a quart made but she said she could pack it for me quickly. I just got scoops. A grownup was working . Such an improvement over when they opened and I ordered a hot fudge sundae. I got a pile of vanilla ice cream which I was told had the chocolate on the bottom. There was none when I got home.“
