“We stopped in for an afternoon delight after church. We were immediate greeted with a smile and welcome to baskin robbins. We were asked if we would like to taste test anything. A lady name Victoria assisted us and told us about the sale of ice cream containers, etc. She was most helpful and very nice. Store was very clean and organized. We will definitely be back!“

“Thank you to the young man working Saturday morning. We needed a cake by 11 am. We went to Dairy Queen first and they didn’t have any cakes without chocolate. So we decided to go to Baskin Robins, I had seen they opened at 11am.
It was around 1053 am when we arrived. The young man saw my husband pull on the door and he immediately opened the door for us. He was very helpful in helping us find a cake. Will highly recommended!

They actually keep the tables clean and welcoming. Even when there is a rush those two young men working on Sunday took care of each guest and kept the store clean.

Also the portion sizes and flavors are much better than other places in the area.“

My wife and I live about half mile from another BR location but we prefer to drive 4 miles to this one on Gessner Rd because they do things better IMHO. “I wanted to take a moment to recognize the staff at Baskin-Robbins for how professionally they handled a very stressful situation. I stopped in during the after-school rush, and they were clearly understaffed, but they were still friendly, kind, helpful, and doing their best to take care of everyone as quickly as possible.

While I was there, another customer became extremely upset and started yelling and being very rude and belligerent toward the employees. Even with all of that going on, the staff kept their composure, remained respectful, and continued helping the other customers without allowing the situation to affect the way they treated anyone else.

The upset customer mentioned that she was going to contact the manager, so I felt it was important to also share what I personally witnessed. From my perspective, the employees handled a difficult situation with patience and professionalism. They deserve recognition for keeping their cool and continuing to provide great customer service during an already busy and understaffed rush.“

“The atmosphere is great. They have various flavors you can choose from. I personally tried the large cookies and cream Milkshake. It truly was a large. Maybe 24 oz. Also the shake itself had plenty of cookies, the consistency was perfect for shake. Not too liquidity or solid but just right. The flavor reminded me of Blue bell although it is Baskin's brand. Over all the shake I give a 9.5. Only because I like a touch of chocolate syrup with my cookies and cream shake. I'm definitely coming back again! Highly recommend!“

“Came here for cool treats after a visit to Terry Hershey Park. First visit and thought it would be easy to spot it, but drove by the place on Memorial and missed it (ha ha). Got milkshakes, one with birthday cake flavor and one with chocolate chip cheesecake and pralines-and-cream flavor. Flavor of shakes was good but they were not thick enough; a little disappointing for the first time to try their milkshakes. Have good childhood memories of Baskin-Robbins ice cream and the varieties so maybe just stick with ice cream. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Parking is behind the building.“
