The workers are a bunch of teenagers that don't even care. When you walk into the store it's always empty because the teens that work here are hiding in the back behind the one-way mirror glass on their phone and doing god knows what. Sometimes they have their friends come in and hangout with them at the counter. Also I noticed other Baskin Robbins locations utilize gloves when serving customers, this one doesn't. Would not recommend going to this specific location in the evening. Consistently closes way before hrs dictate. My family and I have shown up btwn 8:35pm-8:50pm a few times (when closing hrs were 9pm) and have been turned away by a locked door every time. I would recommend taking the extra 10 minutes to drive to the Westheimer location to prevent disappointment.

Super hot day in Houston as y'all been knowing, so ice cream was definitely on our radar.A couple of good things happened with this experience but it also wasn't smooth either.We came on July 8th for some banana splits!We came in around 8:25 pm and there was no one there but two other people.
