Not sure what the staff is this evening but they've got their buddies here and it's Party Central. NERF guns and running around loud talking while the other employee had a line. Of course there are cameras but hey... please talk to the younger staff.

So I went twice this week to see if I’d get a different experience but No ! THIS SPOT SEEM A LITTLE RACIST ! The Asian lady is pushy and she rushes you. The YT customers have no manners ! I grabbed my kids and left! Ice Cream was good tho.

We arrived at the restaurant at 9:00pm, we called before hand and were told that they close at 9:30, and they said that they were closed. So we pointed out and said that it was only 9pm, and the employee said that he was already cleaning, as he was sitting down playing with his phone.

The workers are a bunch of teenagers that don't even care. When you walk into the store it's always empty because the teens that work here are hiding in the back behind the one-way mirror glass on their phone and doing god knows what. Sometimes they have their friends come in and hangout with them at the counter. Also I noticed other Baskin Robbins locations utilize gloves when serving customers, this one doesn't. Ice cream is good though but the atmosphere and service makes me take the extra drive to the Westheimer location.

Unfortunately, reviews probably won't make much of a difference to the staffing here, but the Asian lady makes visits quite unpleasant. Like several others mentioned, she rushes you with an aggressive, unpleasant attitude that would be "acceptable" if she were working in an Asian establishment serving quality Asian food that does not need the help of "good customer service", not at Baskin Robbins.

this location is a lil unclean first....second,the older Asian lady, whom seems to be the manager or owner isnt very pleasant very rude. She rushes orders and rushes people to pay even if she got the order wrong..always wears this dirty long black jacket in the store. this place needs new management and a update. if could give negative star for her customer service I would. The younger lady who works their is kind and great for the store .

Would not recommend going to this specific location in the evening. Consistently closes way before hrs dictate. My family and I have shown up btwn 8:35pm-8:50pm a few times (when closing hrs were 9pm) and have been turned away by a locked door every time. I would recommend taking the extra 10 minutes to drive to the Westheimer location to prevent disappointment.

Super hot day in Houston as y'all been knowing, so ice cream was definitely on our radar.A couple of good things happened with this experience but it also wasn't smooth either.We came on July 8th for some banana splits!We came in around 8:25 pm and there was no one there but two other people. We ordered our banana split and while ordering I asked about the crust of the ice cream pizza because I've never heard of that before (it sounded real cool!) but the cashier just answered with "I don't know, it should just be cake" and I asked for flavor but she seemed pretty annoyed with my questions-red flag 1.We sat down and 5 minutes later another employee was calling out to us but we didn't realize at first and we thought oh, our splits are probably ready (not realizing we hadn't picked flavors, I think we assumed it was going to be Neapolitan). But the employee looked at us like in this annoyed disbelief look and said something like "what flavors do y'all want" which we were surprised because minutes have passed since ordering (which okay granted, a line started to form after us but where was this employee the whole time because we only saw one at first?).We asked for help on our flavors but even that felt like a burden (which I guess, they wanted to prioritize the line but dang, we were customers too).The first banana split looked awful. To the point we didn't ask for much toppings in the second because we were afraid she was just going to mix it all together in a hot mess of a sundae (literally, it was melting soon as we got it and it didn't taste that good).THE GOOD:They had free water bottles in a cooler for all customers which was nice. I'm not sure if it was THAT hot or their AC wasn't the greatest, because it was a little steamy in the store. Which probably influenced the employees too.Love Baskin Robbins but this wasn't a great time the last time I went.

Poor customer service, from the staff. I was never greeted upon entrance. Waited 10 mins, while the employees played and touched each other. One employee came from the back touching her face and hair. As she attempted to prepare my order. And I was never thanked for my visit. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. There was no explanation for the wait, nor the behavior of the employees.
