I was so disrespected today! GM through a receipt at me and said we don’t give refunds and I won’t replace your food. I spent close to $28 and the food was cold. Cashier said bring it back tomorrow and she kept the food. She put her name on the receipts. I was told to contact my bank. I been visiting this location for 12 years and at one time had over 4,000 customer points. I supported this location that much. Today was a reminder. Went through the drive thru today, got charged TWICE. Refusal to get a refund for one of the transactions. Then got home to realize they completely didn't give me a whole meal plus none of the sauces I asked for. I'm completely upset that this happened and got charged 100$ for not even my correct order. Do not go to this location. This isn't the first time they've messed up my order but this time it's ridiculous.
This particular restaurant location is straight GARBAGE. Service sucks and they are slower than a turtle. I waited 20 minutes for my food, only to have a messed up order. They even tried to trick me on my beverage as if I wasn’t going to try it. They had attitude as well. Something didn’t align with my vibe. THROW THE WHOLE TEAM AWAY 🚮🚮🚮

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is a reliable neighborhood spot known for its Cajun chicken and red beans and rice. The staff is friendly and provides great service, with recent praise for a manager who has improved the overall experience. Customers enjoy the hot and delicious food, especially highlighting the macaroni, and appreciate the spicy hot sauce and honey butter. However, some have experienced issues with the chicken quality, describing it as old and dried up. Despite these occasional problems, many customers find it a good place to enjoy satisfying Cajun-style meals and escape the Texas heat.
