I went a few days ago because I was close by horrible mistake, I should’ve learned the first time I went and they royally messed up my order. But I went back I ordered the 8 piece shrimp tackle box just to get all the way back to work open the box and I have 3 shrimp literally 3 shrimp and cold fries. I feel like if I’m spending my hard earned money my order should be correct so I called I got a busy signal the entire afternoon. It would’ve been nice to have a fresh hot meal but I won’t be returning to this location I’d rather visit another location further away. Try being customer centric and checking the order before you hand it out the window. I worked at Popeyes previously and how this location is managed and handled it should just go ahead and close not one time has my order ever been correct. It’s a shame to even have the name Popeyes on the building…

Worst Popeyes trip in recent memory, I was told they were out of almost half the items on the menu upon ordering at the drive thru and it took over 30 min from order to receive my food, with 15 of those minutes being myself waiting at the window. At the end I asked for extra dipping sauce and was reluctantly handed one by the person working the window, only to find there wasn’t any included in my bag in the first place and I was missing the biscuits on both of the combos I ordered.

The manager at this place literally ignored me when walked in. So I asked if please someone can take my order, the manager said to me that she was taking her time and that I have to wait. Then I had some quarters and she said that she couldn't take them if they don't come from the bank. Then I bought a gift card that I used for an online order. Then I wanted to spend my remaining balance on some redbeans and she didn't want to take my gift card, then ignored me completely and sat down to speak with some friend of hers it seems like and told me she wasn't taking my order because she was off. Then one of the staff member tried to help me but they didn't understand how to charge a gift card so she ended up zeroing my balance and didn't get my red beans because this time the card had zero dollars. Then the manager refused to help me get my money back so, I didn't want to cause a scene and left very very upset. Also on the side note she was performing some witchcraft on a staff member btw. That was weird and inappropriate in my opinion. Also I saw some costumers having a hard time communicating because the staff only spoke Spanish and needed someone to translate I personally speak both so it's not a problem for me. Overall it was just a super bad experience with the manager, she's not an example to her staff. Therefore that popeyes suffers and I will no be back it was my first time there and it will be my last. Im looking forward to make a formal complain.

This Popeyes was one of the best I ever went to it was a pleasure from the moment when I walked in . The food was out of this world and it was all nice and hot and the macaroni was the best I ever had in any restaurant.If I lived on that side of town I would be eating there everyday .Thanks to all the staff for your great service and food.

Pitiful service, half the lights are out, and the food wasn't even worth it. How do you make a man feel scammed out of eight dollars? I should be able to throw eight dollars away but spending it here was a waste of time.

Just the worst. I figured I'd give them another try because they are located so close to us. Had a bad experience the last time. Went to the drive thru and ordered the family meal and an order of wings. When I received the order, I saw multiple boxes so figured I got everything. Get home to find out my wings were not in there. Tried to call the store but I kept getting the busy signal. I don't think this store even has a legit phone setup.I drive back to the store and go in. I tell them that they forgot my order. I show them the receipt and they hand me my wings. They don't say sorry or make any type of an apology. So I asked them if they could throw something in for the trouble. The lady looks at me and pretty much rolls her eyes. I would think twice about going to this location. If you do, make sure you check everything. I don't try to call them because all you'll get is a busy signal. I would literally drive to another location.
Waited 30 minutes for 1 chicken sandwich. Not even a combo! Yikes.

I utilized drive thru ordering and did have to wait a bit. But food was freshly prepared and had great temperature and flavor! I ordered white meat chicken, spicy, red beans and a biscuit. Friendly service but they need to replace the ink for printed receipts; can't see anything. It's been like this for months or longer.I utilize receipt credit sites!Parking: Free street parking is quite a few steps from establishment.
