I ordered a cake on Tuesday 01/16. I ordered the Kiss me cake. It was done on time. My daughter picked up my cake today and it was sorry, lop-sided the heart wasn’t a heart shape and uneven. I called and they said I could take it back for a refund. When I did they said I couldn’t get a refund because I took it out the store. I don’t know what is going on, but today Nov 20th they were open but no one answered the drive thru nor was anyone visible in the store. I watched 5 cars go through without receiving any service.

Worst experience I have ever had at a Baskin Robbins. I have been eating at this establishment since I was a child, probably over 30 years. My mother and I always ask for the banana split in a cup and have no problem with it being made. Have gotten it made at this location. Tonight I was told no they could not do it.
