Worst experience I have ever had at a Baskin Robbins. I have been eating at this establishment since I was a child, probably over 30 years. My mother and I always ask for the banana split in a cup and have no problem with it being made. Have gotten it made at this location. Tonight I was told no they could not do it. She asked did I want a Banana Royal, I said no a Banana Split in a cup. Same thing but with 3 scoops of ice cream. She says no again. I'm sitting there baffled and just said back to silence that I am reporting this to corporate. I see they have many bad reviews at this location and it's sad because Baskin Robbins is such a beloved establishment and they are tarnishing the name with this horrible customer service. I mean who tells a paying customer No?? They need to train the managers and employees better before they get shut down. It happened to Carl's Junior. This location is in Summerwood on W. Lake Houston off Beltway 8. Very disappointed!!

I ordered a cake on Tuesday 01/16. I ordered the Kiss me cake. It was done on time. My daughter picked up my cake today and it was sorry, lop-sided the heart wasn’t a heart shape and uneven. I called and they said I could take it back for a refund. When I did they said I couldn’t get a refund because I took it out the store. I asked if I could get an exchange since they had a decent pink one on the freezer they said no. Also for my message I requested for it to say Capricorn Queen and it said Kiss me, but also they had messed up since I could see the bottom was smeared. Will not be purchasing from them again very disappointed also did nothing to try to make it better. Just to take it tomorrow to get the name message corrected, the manager was going to be in at 11 and we have our lunch at 12

I don’t know what is going on, but today Nov 20th they were open but no one answered the drive thru nor was anyone visible in the store. I watched 5 cars go through without receiving any service.

I have been going to Baskin robins for over 20 years and recently I had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in history. I bought a quart of ice cream and they gave me the wrong ice cream and then said that I could not switch it for the correct one. They refused to give me their names and refused to give me the store number. The stores location is:12712 W Lake Houston PkwyUnit AHouston, TX 77044United StatesThey treat people so wrong. The lady I was on the phone with said she was the store manager, General Manager, and the regional manager. They made me and my family feel so uncomfortable I really feel like never going back there again. The rudest experience I’ve had in customer service. Then I tried calling and they hung up on me and never answered the phone again. Poor service. Very disappointment in a company I’ve been going to for years. They should be ashamed!!

Just had a bad customer service experience at the drive thru between 4:40-4:50 this evening. I asked the guy working the microphone if they still offered the mini ice cream cakes, which he confirmed they did. I then asked him what flavors they had available. He stated he did not know. There was then microphone silence. When he came back he asked again what I would like to order. He never offered to find out what flavors were available. I left without making a purchase. It seemed as if he did not want my business or did not have the time to provide service.

Every time I take my kids here for ice cream, the staff is "dead" no welcome in! No how can I help you! Nothing!!! We always have to get their attention! And they ALL have RBF :/ I don't know why I keep giving this place another chance....

My fiancé's family & I have came here many times and always enjoyed it. Most recently we came here earlier this evening around 7pm on Sunday night, and were the only car in the drive through line.I got the Oreo cookie ice cream in a waffle cone with rainbow sprinkles, and it was awesome. My fiancé got the sundae which was delicious as well, and the hot fudge was on point.5/5 in my book. Definitely recommend this Baskin Robbins and we will be back for sure!
We came in to grab a quick treat. A very nice young man named Daniel helped us ….he was so awesome my oblivious husband even commented how good he was! Keep up the good work Daniel!

The service at this location is the worst service by far that I have ever received. I have been living in the neighborhood of summerwood for 10 years and every since this Baskin Robbins location has been in my neighborhood for the past two years. It has been nothing but teenage young ladies, working there that are very unprofessional untrained and very horrible customer service, on last night was the second time that I have had a back-and-forth battle with a rude child going back-and-forth arguing with me and my fiancé arguing going back-and-forth when we come inside in the drive-through and then they want to refuse service when they are in the wrong and being rude and disrespectful to customers they need better management and a better owner our team lead because every time when something happens they think that they have the right to refuse service and say over the owner said it was OK Please help this location be improved or removed from this side of town.

Employee working did an excellent job and she is entitled 5 stars because of her hard work. The 1 star I am leaving is for the owner/operator. Get your staff some help. Poor girl working all by herself with 12 guest in lobby and 3 cars in drive thru. I mean come on. I wouldn’t be surprised if she quits very soon.
