“Came in today for a smoothie, sandwich and donut. The worker “Madison” who attended me was amazing. Customer service was best that I have had in so long. Service was very fast. She double checked everything to make sure I got my correct order. I can definitely say they will be seeing me soon!“

The service flow at the counter was a bit awkward. I was greeted at the register and gave my order with all the modifications. However, right after I finished speaking, the cashier told me he needed to ring up another customer first who was still just browsing the ice cream.
Fortunately, I noticed they have self-service kiosks here. This was the first Dunkin' location I've visited with a kiosk, and it was excellent—actually easier to navigate and customize modifications than using the mobile app.
Great, clean facility, but definitely use the kiosk for a smoother ordering experience.“
