“popped in for a hazelnut latte and a donut this morning — both were spot on. The latte had a nice, smooth hazelnut flavour and the donut was fresh and tasty. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the shop was very clean and welcoming. Will definitely stop by again.“

The service flow at the counter was a bit awkward. I was greeted at the register and gave my order with all the modifications. However, right after I finished speaking, the cashier told me he needed to ring up another customer first who was still just browsing the ice cream.
Fortunately, I noticed they have self-service kiosks here. This was the first Dunkin' location I've visited with a kiosk, and it was excellent—actually easier to navigate and customize modifications than using the mobile app.
Great, clean facility, but definitely use the kiosk for a smoother ordering experience.“
