“Shoutout to these young workers trying their hardest . I’ve witnessed the way grown people treat these kids .what if this is their first job ?
I come here all the time and get my usual inside and seeing the way most of yall treat these kids for yall grown age is despicable plain ugly . Wake up and reflect on yalls behaviors. service always good and I see yalls effort from that dunkins drive thru . !! Keep it up !!!

“Iam extremely disappointed with the service at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. My coffee spilled everywhere, my items were not properly bagged or secured for transport, and, to make matters worse, I specifically requested decaf coffee but was given regular coffee instead. I cannot drink regular coffee, so this is more th this has happened so many times when I was at the location I watched the the manager tell her to give me regular coffee just add water when HE knows that not the correct procedure to prepare decaf coffee. Customers should be able to trust that their orders are prepared correctly.
What makes this situation even more frustrating is that the service seems to depend entirely on who is managing the location. During the week, things are generally much better because a new manager is present and makes sure employees follow the proper procedures. However, on weekends or when that manager is absent, the quality of service seems to decline significantly.
Dunkin’ has established guidelines and procedures for a reason, and customers deserve consistency, attention to detail, and respect for their specific requests. Giving customers something they explicitly did not order is unacceptable, especially when it involves a beverage that may affect their health. Serving regular coffee to someone who requested decaf is a serious concern that needs to be addressed.
Management needs to ensure that all employees follow company procedures regardless of the day of the week or which manager is on duty. I hope Dunkin’ takes this complaint seriously before these repeated failures result in a customer becoming ill. Customers should not have to worry about whether their orders are correct, properly packaged, or safe to consume.“

“This is a clean, new, and bright joint location with Baskin-Robbins.
The service flow at the counter was a bit awkward. I was greeted at the register and gave my order with all the modifications. However, right after I finished speaking, the cashier told me he needed to ring up another customer first who was still just browsing the ice cream.
Fortunately, I noticed they have self-service kiosks here. This was the first Dunkin' location I've visited with a kiosk, and it was excellent—actually easier to navigate and customize modifications than using the mobile app.
Great, clean facility, but definitely use the kiosk for a smoother ordering experience.“
