Dunkin' Donuts in Houston

“I want to give a big thank-you to the lady working the drive-through at Dunkin’ today. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but she provided exceptional customer service.

I can be a little picky about my coffee, especially when it comes to the amount of sugar and other condiments I like. She was incredibly patient, listened carefully to what I needed, and made my coffee exactly the way I wanted it. She also did a great job with my donuts.

I’ve come to this Dunkin’ many times and have had both good and not-so-good experiences, but today was truly exceptional. I really appreciate her patience, kindness, and attention to detail.

“I like this location, the staff is really good for the most part. They have loads of seating so it's a great place to go and sit if you want to work on your computer. I like the food and donuts, coffee is great too.
The prices are too high for things like iced coffee and ice cream, but that's really the only criticism.
The best part about Dunkin for me is if I want hot coffee, they'll put the cream in ahead of time so that I can just immediately hit the road and start driving.
Other places I always have to pull over and take the time to put cream in and stir.

“Dunkin is always busy in the morning, but the wait is not usually long at this one. There is a steady flow with the cars through the drive through. The staff here is fast and efficient. The food is always good and fresh. This was my first time getting the advo toast and I was pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed it.“

“This was Honestly, the best Dunkin’ I’ve been to since I’ve been in Texas. The service was great, they were professional, friendly, very attentive and just genuinely acted like they cared to be there. A younger gentleman took my order and a girl in her 20s made my drink. Everything was good and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the new drinks. I found this location while waiting for my appointment. If I were closer, this would be my go to Dunkin’. Lastly, they need tip jars and a tip option on the POS because they deserved it! Good staff goes a long way.“

“Ordered a latte with almond milk recently.
The taste was on point. Flavor was good and it was
Filling. There was a vast selection of donuts that were available also, along with breakfast sandwiches.

Service was also good. Greeting upon arrival and thanked for my business.

It’s a very small place at the airport with a few chairs n tables available on the concourse.“

“Stopped by on a late flight just before you closed. Ice coffee and the last cinnamon roll in the case.. Mom wanted an apple fritter but settled for a Chocolate Donut ? and coffee for my Mom. Your guy was very patient and explained the coffees and their flavors and options to my Mom that doesn't come very often and is easily overwhelmed and confused by huge menus..I really appreciated he took the time especially since they were preparing to close...???Rock on guys..Thank you!!“

“Best Dunkins I've been to in a while. Very clean, friendly staff and quick service. The thing that I appreciated the most is that they prepared my order exactly as I asked. For instance, I always ask for my bacon, egg and cheese to be in a TOASTED croissant. Almost 90% of the places where I go to they neglect to toast the croissant, not here. They listen to and satisfy their customers.“

“The people are super sweet and super helpful. Great service. I just don’t know what happened to the egg bites or omelette bites. Gotten them twice now and they’re just absolutely disgusting. They used to be pretty good! Other than that, Dunkin rocks.“

“I'm always on the go, so I mainly use the app to re-order my usual and pick up via drive thru. I have consistently received fast and friendly service from everyone here. If they have wi-fi, I may go inside the store one day and work on my laptop while keeping a constant supply of caffeine nearby 😉“

“I went in for a dozen donuts for my grandson, and it was so clean and all the staff was great, but Dianne and Ms Brown were top notch for me, my grandson is autistic and they were the best with him, so patient and kind, that was the first time I had stopped there, but it definitely won’t be my last, thank you again Dianne and ma brown.“

“Cynthia really does care about the service that she gives to her customers.
There is a small mistake that was made with my order and she took care of me the next day because I wasn’t able to return the same day

“Ok, I'm really starting to like this location. It's less than 2 years old, so it took a minute to iron out the wrinkles, but they definitely are making it work. The Avacado toast is really good at this location! It's not bad at other locations, but they just make it *extra* at this location.“

“This Dunkin location never disappoints!!! I wish this location was closer to my job, because I would stop every morning before work. My drink is always on point, and Jessica always has a smile on her face when servicing at the window. I’ve never had a bad experience here. “Thanks to Dustin made the difference by far excellent customer service, I drive almost 30 minutes because I like how the French cruellers are made here and when asking no let down even though they were out he was super nice and said no worries ill make some and in 5 minutes like he said would be done, he had made my day and my son's, we were craving them for a while and super delicious all donuts made here wish others learned from it. “I had such a pleasant experience when I initially visited this location. My app wasn’t loading the free pumpkin spice latte coupon, and the lady still accommodated it. As I drove off, I noticed she also gave me a free doughnut! She was super nice, had a great smile and great customer service. I tried calling the store to get her name for this review to give her a little shout out. The first time they didn’t answer the second time they answered and immediately hung up. It wasn’t a busy time. It was 5:30 PM At night and nobody was there when I went. What a shame.“

“I came through the drive through looking for donuts because couldn’t trust myself to go inside lol I ordered 1 filled donut and 1 munchkin (just a little something something to get me through my long drive) and was pleasantly surprised. It was late in the evening and the donuts were still fresh.“
