The employees that work there are very rude and will literally ignore you until you say something to them. I placed an online order for 1 donut 15 minutes before I got there, the lobby was full and I could tell the other customers were frustrated. I was standing by the pick up side and was completely ignored until I said excuse me and she was very rude when answering me back. The people working here are clearly unhappy. The restaurant itself needs a fresh re-do as the chairs are falling apart and things seem to be run down and drab. The omelette bites are pretty gross. The smell and taste -way off. Heck, they didn’t even bother turning one upright. This place used to be so so so good. So sad to see care has gotten lost with time.
