Dunkin' Donuts Reviews
Customer service was 10/10!!! Jordan, Ani, and Madison were super nice and effective!
Terrible service. Ordered 3 items- half dozen donuts, 1 munchkin, and a pup cup. Get to the window, they only have the half dozen donuts. Manager had to come charge the other 2 items. The donuts we asked for were not right, got 2 different ones. We asked for a dozen munchkins not knowing what their set quantities were, so instead of telling what quantities they offer them in, they charged (I'm assuming) 10+2 for and extra $2. Online ordering has 10 munchkins for $3+ and I was...read full review
We made a late stop around 9:30 pm. Madison was amazing. She was very patient and helpful with us (lots of choices). It was a nice experience.

Dunkin' offers a variety of options, including kolaches, coffees, and donuts. The donuts are a highlight, with a wide selection and frequent additions of new flavors such as cinnamon apple munchies and two-color Bavarian cream. The restaurant is newly renovated, providing a clean and peaceful atmosphere, especially during late night visits. The staff and manager, Angel, are kind and helpful, often handling busy times with professionalism. Customers appreciate Angel’s efforts to keep service smooth, even when shortstaffed. Many enjoy stopping by while driving on 99 towards I10 or San Antonio, especially for quick refreshments like seasonal drinks, frozen coffee flavors, and summer slushes. The favorite drinks include mocha and butter pecan frozen coffee. Some reviews mention that the staff may struggle to handle large crowds at times, and the atmosphere can be loud, making communication difficult. A new visit included trying a Boston crème, though some found the recipe changed and the taste different from before. The sausage wrap was described as okay, but the salty sausage and loud music affected the experience. The S’mores cold brew was highly recommended, with many customers planning to return just for the coffee. Overall, the improvements have enhanced the experience, making it a convenient spot for a quick treat.
