Highly recommended! Checked Roegels out after I saw them featured on the texas bucket list. Friendly staff, and everything was delicious. looking forward to checking out the rest of the menu. Besides delicious brisket, ribs , and sausage, they have a delicious peanut butter dessert. Check them out.

Roegels Barbecue Co. offers very good smoked meats, including fall-off-the-bone pork ribs and house-made sausage. Their brisket is described as very very good with an incredible black pepper crust, and pork butt burnt ends are called amazing. The restaurant features a clean and modern rustic interior with helpful and super friendly staff. They also have a full bar with beers on tap and their own spicy pickle blend and picked onions, which were also good. While some find the prices a bit high, the quality of their BBQ and sides is considered very high. The food is well-prepared, flavorful, and consistent, with the brisket being a standout. A fresh smoked bologna is noted as awesome. The experience is consistently excellent with reasonable prices.
