We got a sliced brisket sandwich, a brisket cheesesteak, french fries, and smoked sausage to take back home to try (as pictured). I knew Russell Roegel from his earlier days when he managed the Baker's Ribs location on Voss Rd. I worked very close to that location. Soon everyone in our office was eating there. Well, I had no idea that Roegel's BBQ in Katy was owned by the same Russell. I recognized him immediately when I was watching Texas Bucket List. He is as genuine and nice as anyone you will meet.
