Customer service was definitely not great. We had a party of 18 and 3 members were running late. They would not let us hold the booth next to use even though they arrived 10 minutes later. The server was very quiet. We could not hear her and she never checked on us for refills or to clear plates off the table. We had to stack all our plates up to make room for the entrees. I don't think we will be going back again.
We always enjoy our experience at Texas Roadhouse. Everyone leaves happy and full at the end. The servers are attentive but not annoying and the food is delicious. The negative on this occasion was the very long wait for a table...over an hour and 45 mins. We're a large family so I understand but it's still a long time and a restaurant should be able to accommodate a party of 10. I was on my way home to Austin, stopped for dinner and it was the best meal I’ve had in a long time…great food and great staff…met the manager …Elda (not sure of spelling) she was so nice and personable..I hope there’s a Texas Roadhouse as nice as this one by me.
