Another lousy night at roadhouse. I love the food, but the host once again is incompetent. I arrived at 9:25 they close at 10 pm. I was put on the waiting list and asked to wait till I received a text. It's 10:01 pm, and I haven't received anything, and the front door is closed. I honestly would have understood if they told me that I would not be given a table. Great service with great attitudes. I appreciate the care concerning the pandemic in how they now have bags va of peanuts. I loved the waitress. She was very kind.I brought my daughter for a small date and we really enjoyed ourselves. We live internationally so my daughter does not know American restaurant etiquette. Ordered a Togo for pickup at 2:30. Arrive 10 minutes late and called cashier who said one minute and put us on hold (didn't ask for our spot) we called back several times in the span of 15 minutes. As of 2:54 we have another worker come to our car and tell us our order is ready. I'd hope so. This is the longest we've ever had to wait for any Togo even during peak covid. No matter how average the food is I wouldn't suggest them to anyone or visit again. My food sat out for 30 minutes...read full review
