Always loved this location, great atmosphere, service, food is always hot and up to par, however a few months back my pregnant wife called the location about a question about mixing sauces, a male cashier proceeded to be rude to her. When I picked up the order he went to go run away in the back after I was the one who showed up and not my wife. I had a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings on Fry Road in Katy, TX, and I have to give a special shoutout to my server. She was incredibly sincere, honest, welcoming, and really gave me the full B-Dubs experience from start to finish. Her service felt genuine, and that makes a huge difference when you’re dining out.
