Collecting my free holiday hot chocolate! The hot cocoa was a little watered down to me, and it wasn't too sweet. Maybe I'll buy one next time to see if paying for it makes a difference. I wish they still had their snickerdoodle hot cocoa. I also got a coconut milk Chai Frappuccino with mocha surprise yum!! I don't care for the drive-thru layout at this location, but the staff is friendly, so I don't mind coming here. Maybe next time I'll go inside.
Had a minor issue with an order I placed and needed a refund. The manager on duty, Josh, was more than helpful and went above and beyond to rectify the situation! Top tier customer service! Thanks again Josh.

the baristas are amazing, it's their manager that's a problem. every time my mother comes here, she tells me this older white woman always takes her order mocking a spanish accent. my mother is a regular and knows one of the eldest baristas well, but this woman makes my mother uncomfortable. she has an accent but she speaks plenty english just fine, the exaggerate accent is unnecessary behavior.
